At this point I'm pretty confident she likes me. She's flirty but I definitely notice there's more of a thing with me compared to the other dudes in the office. I like her a lot too. The only problem is our office is small. Really small. I'm worried that if I pursue something with her, the heavy interaction at work will mess things up and cause a lot of awckardness which I hate.

I'm at a point in my life where I'm figuring a lot of things out, and I'm doing a lot for myself. I actually don't want to date anyone seriously right now. The thought of having to see someone sometimes 10 hours a day and then see them more is a bit troublesome.

This is not the first time I've asked about this. The last time I wasn't so sure I wanted to pursue something, but now I'm leaning towards it. I'm leaning towards doing something because I'm going to get another job by mid-next year. I'm willing to take some risks. My gut is telling me the time to act is now. What do you all think?

Gosh, that sounds very cold, doesn't it?!

Long story short.....he is 51, I am 40. We've lived together six months. We met online.

From the beginning....when he moved in....he has not been frisky, at all. Maybe, once every two weeks. He says that he loves me, he says that he is attracted to me. He enjoys watching naughty movies, etc.

Yet, he almost never wants to have sex. I just don't understand. Something just isn't right.

I was married for 18 yrs. and basically had no sex life, then. I don't want to end up in that situation, again.

What am I to do? I have discussed this with him 3-4 times. He says he understands, etc. Yet, nothing ever changes.

ok so me n my ex started talkin again after 2 months of not talkin.i love hi mso much n he says he loves me.we hav been doing the friends wit benefits thing n im just so bothered bout it i want him so bad.ok so last nite i saw him n i txted him wen i got home n i never got a txt bak or a goodnite call which he usually does.i understand tho but then dis mornin i sent him a txt n i never got nuthin but then he called @ midnite 24 hrs later.he asked me y i didnt IM him n i asked y didnt u txt me.he sed he left his fone @ home but i kno he had it all morning til 1pm.he cud have jsut sed hello but he sed that he dont like txtin on his fone so i suggested dat we dont txt no more n jsut talk @ nite n he was jus like i didnt call u for drama n he was so mean to me like yellin n everythign n the things he sed were so rude.we hung up on bad terms.i dunno wat to do shud i contact him or wait 4 him? im so sad cuz i love him so much but he was so mean today its like i cant tell him how i feel.

I and he, we are in long D, for about 1.5 years...things are no good in the second half...so many time i wanna call it quits but still i love him. I give myself a deadline...2006...if he coulda make it to see me before 2007, i plan to call it quit completely....He told me before he wants me go visit him in this Xmas, so just now when he called, i planned to give it the last shot, asked if we are going to meet. He told me he is going to somewhere else..visiting his mom..so he wont be home in Xmas...the feeling hurts.....i dunno if i should still trust him...one minute he gives you icy treatment, the next he is sweet and said he loves me....I m too upset but just dunno what to do....i knew i shoulda let things drag on..but just coulda have a clear cut.....

ok i like this girl and i think she likes me back... the thing im concerned with is that me and this girl is like...pretty much A LOT different then each other....for ex. I shes quiet, im outgoing..shes into classical piano, im into punk/rock electric guitar....shes getting really really high marks in school, im getting like C.....

If you are already slim and toned, and it would take a considerable amount of effort to make yourself any bulkier, why bother? Especially if (say) half or even a third of all girls are happy with your physique anyway?

i have had my eye on my mailman since the summertime, my sis. put her 2cents in oneday and told him i had a crush on him and when she described me he knew what car i drove so that lets me know he is paying some type of attention to me , i stopped him oneday and got his number, should have gave him mine but i didnt, I called him once left him a mess. he never returned my call i took it as a slight form of rejection and never called him anymore but now it seems we say hello in passing he will even blow his mailhorn at me to say hello i want to talk to him again i am just scared he may not be interested he maybe just saying hi to be kind help me i want us to go out

Omg, I am so furious. His friends were talking about taking a trip next year. So I told them don't plan on any promises with my bf cause last year he wasn't even there for our 1 yr anniversary. So my bf gives his "reason why" he wasn't there and ends his statement in a strong voice of "OK *****." He called me a ***** in a public resturant with his brother and 2 best friends right there...Needless to say I drove straight home without saying goodbye, i was so furious, embarrassed, humilated and hurt by him.That is so demeaning and disrespectful. he went out w/ his friends and, doesn't even act like he cares. So I text him and let him know im pissed and he said he didn't mean to be mean. but i asked him to ask his friends if calling me a ***** was out of line and they agreed with me. So y is he still out with his friends right now and not apologizing? what should i do? do i have a right to be upset or am i over reacting? i want to kick his *** lol We've been dating for a 1 1/2 yrs

i'm a girl who is smart and responsible and have no past love life coz i study...i do have suitors but i mastered the art of saying no to them bec. i like this guy alot....he's much better than he's "cool" friends,he smarter and more sincere...but he likes a girl in 9th grade i'm in the 8th...what can i do to compete with this better looking girl to get his attention???

So, I've been going out with this girl from work for 2 months now. We happen to sit close by, so I have to see her everyday ... but we only get to go out once a week, if that much. I do enjoy a lot her company, and admire her in many aspects, so I'm becoming quite involved with her. Problem is, she's apparently just seeing this as a "friendship with bonus". Basically it kinds of hurts to see that i'm very low on her priorities -- I sometimes try to get her out to another movie, or restaurant, or trip, and I always get some kind of very polite "unfortunately i'm busy" for answer, besides the weekly meeting. So my questions are two: Should I insist on it ? My experience tells me that this wouldn't work, but I might not have used the right approach, so ideas are very welcome! Should I drop it and move on ? -- after all I'm sure if she doesn't want me, there others that do :). But stopping to think on her, I know, will be hard for a few weeks at least. Ideas here ? Thanks a lot!

do you think women flirt with djs cuz my bf is a dj and its causing problems between us. i dont trust him. when we are together he looks at other women and stares at them. so it makes me wonder what is he doing at these parties. i know it could be flirting going on. so i would really appreciate your opinon. ty. he has lied to me in the past so that is why im trying to be real about this so i will know what i need to do clearly in the future. breaking up is an option. cuz i dont need a flirting lieing dj as a boyfriend.

My boyfriend and I have been dating 2 years. Overall most things are good on a daily basis. But, lately he has been lying to me all the time. Like tonight, he said he was going out for an hour or two with the guys. Well, it is 3:30 AM and he is still not home--and I asked him to bring me something to eat hours ago. The other day he told me, I',m going to the store, be right back. Two hours later I had to call him to find out where he was. Even last night I woke up at 5 in the AM and he wasn't in bed next to me. When I asked him about it, he lied and said he was there--I know he was not I stayed awake until almost 7AM before he came back to bed.

What's with all the lying?

Funny I should say this, but I think I'm starting to like him. Those of you who had read and/or answered my first question (What should I do? Should I believe him or not? --- about a textmate). Call me stupid, call me blind, but hey! I never had a boyfriend before, hence no experience, & there's no one to guide me here about such thing.
We're both 19 years old. He kept telling me he loves me for me. He said he only did it (the hug & kisses) because he wanted me to feel that he really loves me, that I'm special in his eyes. God knows I'm ignorant about love & relationship, so tell me what to do & what not to do. I kept pushing him away, I already started a fight with him, but still, he kept texting me and telling me he won't go even though I won't talk to him ever again. And believe me, he always call me "baby" even though I told him not to anymore because we don't have any commitment yet.
I'm totally freaking out! Help!
