Singles & Dating - 2 December 2006

Me and my bf have been arguing over the past couple of days over stupid things (like how his mom acts towards me) and we almost broke up over the last argument...and then he tells me it may be best for us not to talk to each other for a couple of days...but we only see each other on weekends and talk in between each other's classes..so if we talked any less, it would be all bad...but he says that we will have a chance to miss each other...wtf?
i'm worried that the relationship might change...is it better to not talk to each other or try to work things out?

this is my personality: i am very outgoing, willing to try things, people say i am fun to hang out with and can make them laugh no matter what mood there in...adventurous...love having a sweet guy i can cuddle with and love on.....

and everything? He is such a jerk and he stares at me to see if I am paying attention to him. Why are guys such jerks to someone that was a friend before they started dating? I was friends with this guy - he asked me out and cus i like him i said yes! But like a week later i told him i thought it would be better if we were just friends! thing is, now I really miss him. we haven't talked since! I really regret breaking up with him! I don't even know why i did it - he was like my first boyfriend and i guess i just paniced!
I know i was his first girlfriend too - When i said i would go out with him, he said it was the best day of his life!
I miss him so much - I guess i just wanna know that if you've liked someone for ages then go out with them, and then break up - would you automatically not 'fancy' them anymore - or could there possibly be a chance he still likes me!
I do really like him - do you think there's any way he would ever like me again - is sending him a text a reeeeally bad idea?

My bf wanted to get me something for christmas, but i dont celebrate it..but he doesn't know that XD
I dont want to tell him yet..but anyways, i told him not to get me anything.
he asked me a couple of times already and he insists on getting me something but i told him i dont want anything (which is true) and i dont know if guys take it the wrong way when you dont want to accept a present from them.
i dont want him getting me anything because im afraid the relationship might become about what we give to eachother on christmas or birthdays. i'd rather him give me something when he really means it, no just on a special occassion. so is it a bad thing i did, or good?

My soon 2b x bf i've stuck with him 4 several months and when he is smockng this rock it makes him act like a differnt person, like he does struff he normally wont do in bed, not that i have a problem with that... also he says things he usually wont say when he is not high. Then I ask him if he even remembers saying that he wants me to move with him to Florida and he'll say that was the other person. But when he was high he told me that he is afraid to give me his whole heart, Does the rock make u do things unusual, or is he hiding somthing that needs to come out when he is normal?

So there's this guy. I don't really like him, but I always thought he liked me. Im sick of only saying the nice things and getting obvious answers on my questions. So I want to know honestly. This guy teases me jokingly, trys to impress me all the time, could spot me in a crowded room- almost stalkingly, has little routines of saying hello to me, always talks to me, walks with me, and flirts endlessly with me. He takes routes in school that are "coincedently" right past my classes and locker sometimes, and says hello most of the time. He also chats with me alot on msn and flirts. I told him I didnt like a sweater of his- he hasnt worn it for more than 3 weeks.
Now the negitives: Most of his close friends like me and are okay with me, but two of his more distant friends who think they're good freinds with him absolutely detest me! And, a rumour, which I really dont believe, has been going around that he likes this other girl- and he thinks I like him, so he's cocky about it I think.

I just met the cutest and nicest celebrity after the concert. He was such a gentleman and I was really attracted to him. he is my age so there is no problem there. I met this gorgeous 40 yo ,I was 17 years younger. I suppose at first it was sort of a novelty and exciting to be with someone older,very attractive I must add.At first it was all about sneaking around,going out all the time and having the best sex ever,but gradually we both fell head over heels in love.I moved in and got on well with her two daughters.The problem was though, that I loved her so much that I was constantly worrying about the future,especially with the age gap. This worrying and neurosis started to eat away at the relationship and eventually we split for a while. Months later we got back together but I decided to not move back in with her as I felt things were great as they were. Things were good,but as I was approaching the big 30, I made a decision to buy a flat and get myself on the property ladder (she has a lovely home of her own) It made things worse.We split,shes found someone her own age,I have seen her recently and we ended up in bed twice.She stil with him tho.

I am a teacher's assistant, who is involved with a teacher @ my school. This is the first time that I've dated from the work place(not first time for him) and I am already having second thoughts about doing so after only 3 months into it. He wants me to spend all of my free time with him. I am very busy with work during the day and full time student during the evening. I am a year or two his senior, so it is not a case of "older teacher taking advantage of young assistant." The thing is I hope that braking it off, doesn't mess up our working relationship. I was reluctant from the start.

ok well i was out with my new boy friend and his ex was there too. so we were all hanging out and just talking. then she starts telling him to stop putting his arm around me, but she was acting all flirty about it. she continued to flirt so i left and told him i was going to find my friends. he was ok with it but for like 45 minutes he stayed with her and kept talking until i had my friend go get him.
