I am a teacher's assistant, who is involved with a teacher @ my school. This is the first time that I've dated from the work place(not first time for him) and I am already having second thoughts about doing so after only 3 months into it. He wants me to spend all of my free time with him. I am very busy with work during the day and full time student during the evening. I am a year or two his senior, so it is not a case of "older teacher taking advantage of young assistant." The thing is I hope that braking it off, doesn't mess up our working relationship. I was reluctant from the start.

Have a long talk with him about your worries and be honest that you 2 should break it off for now at least.

Any work place dating is a risky situation. No matter what happens there is a down side. Three months into it you may already be in for some tough times. Best let it go if you can.

Too late not to affect 'working relationship'.

You obviously are not 'on fire' for this guy.
If you are uncomfortable with the relationship, it will take it's toll on you - and be detected by him eventually.

3 months into this - is long enough that there is no easy way to exit.
Hopefully, time would heal any wounds, but will not be forgotten.
Good Luck.

Dating at work is a relationship killer besides someone is gonna start a rumor about you or him and it also sounds to me that he needs you a little to much Break it off and go your seperate ways.

No, it's not OK. There's too much of a risk of trouble with the higher-ups if someone finds out. Also, did you come to work to meet men, or to WORK? Prioritize, hon.
