im 13 and we've been datin like for 3 and half months and i mean like a kiss on the lips or make out... we've already made out and kissed but the last time we did that was october.28...and he wants 2 make out but he never makes the move...

It all depends on if you're both ready. How long have you been together? And how old are you? What move?

it depends on if you can handle the consequences that may present itself and if your ready but don't rush because that is where a lot of mistake are made.
