and everything? He is such a jerk and he stares at me to see if I am paying attention to him. Why are guys such jerks to someone that was a friend before they started dating? Is he just trying to hide his feeling or just doesn't care? I don't want to have no intentions with him but why does he make me feel like crap?

If you dumped him it sounds like you have bruised his ego and he is not over you that's why he's trying to make you jealous. He sounds like a right immature tit.

It sound like you are not over him or these thing would not get to you. He is just showing to you that you do still have feeling for him and he has so now he knows you do so now. he will do stuff just so you will look at him and you can say you won't look but you know inside you will

Because you let him.
He's playing head games with you because he still likes you.
Just ignore him and don't let him see that sometimes it bothers you.
