ok well i was out with my new boy friend and his ex was there too. so we were all hanging out and just talking. then she starts telling him to stop putting his arm around me, but she was acting all flirty about it. she continued to flirt so i left and told him i was going to find my friends. he was ok with it but for like 45 minutes he stayed with her and kept talking until i had my friend go get him.
is this normal for her to do this? is she jelous?? what do i do?

Normal? No. Common? Somewhat. She is behaving as if she wants him back or at least resents him being with someone else. But your boyfriend's behavior is a little immature. He probably enjoyed her flirting, but out of respect for you and your feelings he should have stopped her flirting when it first began. You two should have a long talk about how that made you feel and how you would hope he would behave in the future.

NO it's not normal for her to be trying to tell YOUR boyfriend how to act with you . What they had is over and it's about you and him. And if he is still flirting and in deep conversation with her there still might be something between them that they want to explore and see if they could work again. I say sit down with him and just ask him how does he feel about her does he still have feelings for her or what. And go from there.

No that is not normal.If he really wanted you he would not have listened to his ex and ignored her.He should not care what his ex says and he would have whent with you to your friends.she is jelous that she cant have him anymore.If you dont want to talk to her tell your boyfriend that you want her to stop telling you and him what to do and to leave you 2 alone.Also tell him you dont like him spending so much time with his ex because she clearly still wants him and doesnt want you around.If you want anymore help email me at carolinr41091@yahoo.com Hope this works out just talk to him and you should be all set.

normal for her, sure, she probably doesn't want to except that they broke up. i think the real problem is him, flirting with her and staying with her after you left...five minutes is one thing, but forty five minutes...its like you didn't even exist at that time to him. i think he needs more time to get over his ex.

It is normal. She is jealous. Try talking to your bf about it and let him know that you are uncomfortable with her around and tell him that you will not see him with her anymore!! Smack her! JK lol

it seems like she still has affection for him... apparently your boyfriend is very special, because she is very jealous of you..... do not let him go, especially not to her.. I would ask her to back off, and tell him that it makes you uncomfortable.. he should understand this and do as you ask.
