I really like this girl. I asked her out and she said "Lets just be freinds. I'll think about it." What should I do?

My friend has been homeless in london for about 6 months. During that time, he has slept at different friends houses, but most of the time, he has been sleeping in his car.

But now his car has been towed away because the tax disk has expired. He can't afford to pay to get it back because he is unemployed, and the car is soon to be destroyed along with all his belongings inside.

He does not want to be on the streets at christmas. What should he do? The local council wont help him get a flat, and he has no job to afford the rent for a room. He is only 24.

Any ideas, people?

Time away ...?
I think I drive my boyfriend crazy because has'nt called me in two weeks. We've been together for only 3 months and we are already fighting. I know its my all fault. I always bring up his past relationships. Although, he does text msg me from time to time.. to tell me to have a good day and happy thanksgiving...and I text back. Before we got together, it felt so right. I want to start anew with him, take time apart and become friends again to work on our relationship.
my question is should I call him? or wait for him to call me? to tell him how I'm feeling, because I dont want to seem like I'm all over him?

My girlfriend left me last weekend to go back to her ex. They had dated for 5 and a half years, he had left her for another girl. This girl left him, and he started chasing back after her while her and I were dating. She decided to go back. We were only together for around 6 weeks, but that was long enough for me to get real close to her. It wasn't a bad relationship ffor me so I cant think back on the negative side to help me get over it. I'm pretty sure it cant work out between them and am just as sure that she'll come back to me when things do fall apart. Do I wait for her to come back? If she does come back, should I take her back or am I setting myself up to take another hit? I'm really confused right now, and still heartbroken. Sent her a text just now, first contact in a week. Just to say hi and hear how she is, don't know if I made a mistake. Everyone is against her decision to go back to him and are nailing her over what she lost in me!! Where to from here??
