I think it's awesome and I do the same thing with certain guy friends and why not... your little friends there are jealous of the fact that you can handle this... I had a friend that told me it wasn't lady like and I told her to mind her own business and as long as I was happy she should be happy for me, being that she was my friend... don't care what others think, no matter what you do in life someone, some where is always going to judge you no matter what you do and those people need to get out there and try different things... can you say sheltered and closed minded...

I think if neither of you want a 'love' relationship and you are both fulfilling each others needs then no there isn't anything wrong with it at all. Are you seeing other people as well or just hooking up to get what you need? If you are just hooking up then hey why not as long as you are both consenting adults GO FOR IT!!!!!

I would say that you shouldn't tell your friends about stuff like that anymore if they are going to push their opinions on to you. I dont think its gross and ive done it. If your not ashamed by it then its okay but if it bothers you then you have to rethink weither what you are doing makes you feel bad. I think that its fine as long as you dont start to develop feelings for that person because it can complicate things and that you both know that its going to be monongomus and if one of you starts having sex with anyone else that you tell each other and that you get tested between other partners. do what makes you happy

As long as no one gets hurt.
Most committed relationships end up painfully because people love to lie to each other and expect too much.
If you can exact all of the pleasure without the hangups, go for it!
Why sign up for the relationship drama when you don't have too?
The only problem is that someone usually gets too involved and someone usually ends up feeling used and hurt.
Enjoy, but be careful.

I agree with your friend..I think "open" relationships are for lazy people who dont want to commit and be locked down with one person....but its also dangerous..and opens yourself to std's and possibly getting hurt....I wouldnt recommend it...however I can totally understand why one would have interest in a friend with benefits.....Im not sure how long they really last anyway...ive never heard of one that lasted longer than maybe a month or two..because SOMEONE gets attached and begins to expect more...and gets jealous...

i think its cool as long as ur not foolin urself. its important to have and obey boundries of friends w/ benefits, i.e. no jealousy, no expectations.
if u secretly want more than just friends w/ benefits ur gonna get hurt

I think its kind of strange to have sex with someone you dont have a romantic relationship with, but as long as neither of you are committed to someone else and you arent sleeping around with all of your friends that are guys, its your life and you arent hurting anyone.
