firstly you have to find out that whats are the reasons due to which u both r not talking.n u have to find out , Is she knows that u like her? if she knows then observe her reactions to u. u will definately get ur answer.if she also likes u then "dont wait" directly go to her and express ur feelings."before it gets too late".

I think u should take help from ur friends and contact her friends...and see if they are helpful in passing ur msg to her... and u will then know her reaction... if she does not take it seriously then move on...life is bigger then this.... there will b some1 better waiting for u..
