Well I've got this feeling its a weird feeling but a sort of good feeling.Any time I think about this guy I get this feeling in my chest a weird flutter feeling and it just wont stop.It keeps doing this.I don't know what this is.Me and this guy are good friends and I've never felt like this before.Since this has started I've been all smiles and everything its wonderful you know.What is it?

This kid that i kinda know asked me out the other day and i said maybe and that i would answer him after we hung out once and so he asked me to go on a date with him on friday and today i find out he asked out another girl and she said yes so theyre going out and he toldme he still likes me and asked me out again while hes going out with this other girl and he said he doesnt even like her and will break up with her if i say yes after our date on friday but idk if i should say yes because he seems like a MAJOR player...what should i do?

I got close to a girl who already has a boyfrnd. She told me very early in our relationship about it and I thought of having fun..... But things now got serious and am I in love with her. She likes me aswell but doesn't want to give up the other guy because she commited to him earlier and that guy is not at fault anytime. He stays far ....but I get to see her everyday. Well, it has been about a week and a half since I got a response from someone about a lunch arrangement and well I have been dreaming of the day to be able to meet up with him again and I am sooooooo close, however the last time it took him a week to respond to me it was cuz his computer crashed soooo I am going to say it did again (more than likely) however, I had a dream the other night that he got engaged!!!!!!!! I am going to go in to his place of employment and just see him just for a minute!!! Not staying, but I want to see him.. I am prepared to either break or make the relationship. Either or I am going to be okay with, but I just need to know so I can either lose sleep thinking about him or gain my sleep back moving on?????? What do you think I should do???????? I have waited 17 years to see him and he is only 10 minutes away from me!!!!! DO I GO????? I am not going to stay I just want to causally go in there to pick something up and suddenly see him? less than 5 minutes??

Hi, I have had a problem with a man I know staring at me for about 2yrs(my 11yr old son has even commented on the way this man watches me) In the past i have asked him if he has feelings for me but he has denied it, yet he continues to stare at me. A few weeks ago, i got fed up and emailed a confronting letter to him, addressing the way he looks at me and his obvious denial of feelings for me. I thought i would get a attack back, but nothing at all. Last weekend, I saw him at a concert(he was on stage performing) he saw me in the audience and looked straight at me and kept smiling( i would have thought my confronting email would turn him off, I couldn't beleive it, what does he want from me? I have been trying to resolve this for ages and it's not working, only doing my head in. What is his problem, maybe a weird obsession, I don't know? Any suggestions?

I met this great guy about 4 months ago & sensed he was nursing a broken heart but decided to take a chance because he was a genuinely decent guy. It started off casual & in time he made mention of things he wanted to do together next year & from now on, etc. I read those things to mean that he felt safe about something beyond the casual realtionship we had. I tried to slowly over a course of 3-4 weeks get him to open up more to me & open myself up to him. Nothing! So instead of assuming that he would get it, I told him I wanted him to open up to me. He broke it off with me. He said that even though no one else had ever treated him as well as I had & he had true feelings for me, he didn't see me as someone he'd spend the rest of his life with. Why was that in the equation of a casual relationship & how would he know that without taking the time to get to know me? Am I right that he is just afraid to love again & running? Was it too soon to ask him to open up to me? I'm so confused.

I saw my exboyfriend (over a year ago) and his girlfriend in my dream. I called my ex over to talk. He left his girlfriend to come talk to me. Then, his girlfriend came running after us and joined in on the conversation.But then something really weird happen. She had her hands all over him. She had the smallest hands ever! (She is really tall in real life, same height as him, maybe taller..) Anyway, it was really strange but it felt great in my dream. His girlfriend told me to listen to my ex's heartbeat. I was like "what?" when she said that in my dream. Then she took my hand and put it on his heart. She asked "can you feel it?It's beating like crazy right?" I then, put my head on his heart to listen to his heart beat. It was beating normal at first and then it started beating fast...really really fast. It felt so real. I actually heard and felt his heartbeat, I am not joking-and then I woke up.

Two things...thing 1: I need help deciding what to major in. I love sports and I could always teach. Should I take a chance on business and try to become the GM of a sports team or should I stay safe and teach something?

thing 2: There's a girl I went to high school with that has the same class I have (music apprec.) right after me. she graduated a year ahead of me in hs and i sorta like her. We're required to go to a concert (not the fun kind) and I asked her to go with me b/c we both have to go anyway. she accepted but I havnt seen her in about a week since I asked her, so I havnt had a chance to work out details. Is her sudden absence just coincidence? Btw, this girl is really hot and way out of my league, but she did agree to go,so that was good. Advice please.

My wife wanted me to sign over the house and give it to her
for alot less than what I paid for my half & lot less than what it is worth now. Long story- but this is what she wants. I still love
her - b/c we had been married 12 years- but she never wanted to
give in her demands for the house or settle somewhat. So, for
10-11 months we have lived apart and moved on independently.
I recently began talking to her -and we had spent some time
togetehr-kiss and hugged but no sex.But my wife is still
unwilling to compromise in the house issue Should I feel
guilty about going on a 2nd date or dating other women-because
my wife has not given me any indication she wants to truly
be with me. I feel guilty about dating only because i am very
devoted-but at the same time- I can't put my life on
hold forever for someone that does nopt want to commit to being
with me for the long haul- I should be more important than any
house !

Many people claim that they are not shallow... but most of these then prove that they are. A lot of women have told me that they care only about the personality, only to see them rejecting perfectly sane, but ugly, guys.
Heck, I had a lot of female friends with wonderful personalities, but the two women I only felt in love with were really beautiful. I never fell in love for a girl considered "ugly". Am I shallow?

Studies have shown that the tallest and "prettiest" people always get the most jobs, even against ugly people more qualified than them, and even in cases of men hiring men and women hiring women. (thus proving that's not just a sexual thing).
Heck, you need look no further than celebrities. Why do they make millions while others have to slave their lives away for a miserable income?

Is our society really shallow? How shallow?
Are *you* shallow? Why? Why not?
