How can i get members for my group?

I have 2 male friends, they are really good friends with each other. One of my friends asked me out and according to the other one if i say no he will get really depressed and stuff even if i say the 'just friends' line. I would never want that to happen to him. I don't think i could say yes either because i don't like him in that way, what should i do?

I've started going out with a girl. I'm not happy for some reason though, I feel really flat and it's only 2 weeks in. I'm good looking, and she is phenominal, I mean, she is a spitting image of Imogen fron Big Brother. She's one of 5 girls working in a 50 man office, all rich young men in the City, which I am too, but still it's not great knowing she's being hit on all day, which she is. She's a wild child, wheras I'm quite reserved.... sex is fantastic, she's adventurous, she does things to me that'd make your eyes water, and I must admit we're very compatable in that area, BUT I just feel like she's a fcuk buddy rather than my girlfriend. Should I go out with her? or look for happiness? I know some might say only i can answer that but I just need advice ...

this is in follow up of my first question 'do u think he really loves me?" I told all those things to myself before like "what life is waiting for me with this man" but nothing changed. i was almost suicidal and i wanted to quit my job and get lost go to a place where i would be able to forget, i tried hard to let go, to forget him but the more i struggle with it the more i love him. People tell me I'm so pretty, people tell me I'm so smart, people say the nicest things sometimes, problem is, I don't believe these things in my own head. How do I pick up my confidence? To top it off, i'm in law school right now and that sort of crazy stressful, competitive environment just brings out any insecurities you have about yourself. I need to get past this confidence issue in order to stay focused on my goal. Please someone offer some advice.

Why do girls only go out with jerks and nice guys get over looked. I am a nice guy not ugly or any thing like that. But when it comes to girls I am always over looked.
