ok, when me an my ex were going out i promised that when she moved to kansas i would go visit her during cristmas... but since we broke up i'm not sure if i want to go... but i always try to keep my promises... if i dont go then that would be the first promise i didnt keep in about a year... i know i must sound anoying... but i dont know what to do... should i stay or should i go?

I have a bf who loves me, we both from different places. He's from Toronto and I'm from NY, I can meet him when I got school break. We usually contact each other through phone and Y!Messenger.

Since few months ago, he almost disappoited me all the time, when I tried to chat with him, he just replied me like just, "hi", "how r u?" and after 5 or 10 minuets, he'll tell me that he have to go to work... I don't know that whether he's still love me or not... What should I do now???

With me we have been together for 5 years i know she ain't sleeping around as i know her well .I love her to bits and vice verser but there is money problem's but nothing that can't be fixed last time we broke up for 6 months i was starting to move on then i got a ring out of the blue and shagged like bunnies and were alright for next couple of months then rung me said i can't do this anymore then three days later rung me up for a drink whats going on ?

Ok...my story is kind of long and I need you to bear with me.
I have known this guy for 3 years now and I just started talking to him this year. I really like him....during the summer we would play tennis together and joke around. I really like him and think that we can be more than friends. There are a few problems though.First, he is a really nice guy...very family oriented. He loves his dad and whenever im around, he ignores me 4 his dad. I sound really jealous i know...anyway another problem is his mom is very protective of him...even though he is 17. I think that if I show him that i am interested that he will go and tell his mom...which is the last thing i need since his mom is really close to my mom.
I know its complicated....we go to different schools and i havent seen him since October 2 for like 2 minutes.
I sometimes find myself thinking about him and spend some nights crying in bed. I love him and he has no clue. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

My ex-boyfriend has been having an affair for the last six years with a married woman who is his boss. Is it illegal for me to tell her husband? I've already called and told him about it, and was then threatened by my ex and his mistress with a civil suit for harassment (though I did not contact either of them). Her husband wants details. If I provide them, is this harassment toward him, his wife or my ex?

--I should have mentioned: the affair is why we broke up a few days ago, after about 14 months of living together. I'm not mad anymore, but I have great empathy for the husband, as my ex and his mistress are constantly going back and forth about her leaving her husband for myex. Husband and I kind of in the same situation--I'd want to know the truth, and am giving him the same opportunity to take control of the outcome, instead of being the fool.

do you think cultural differences are an impediment to a healthy relationship? especially in a marriage scenario, two people of different value systems and with different ideas of morality may have difficulties with bringing up children?

My father always says to me 'if you dont marry a greek girl, i won't come to your wedding' - When I question him on this, he says it is because of cultural differences and a chasm in understanding. I used to just laugh and ignore him, but to an extent, he has a point. Many people simply don't understand each other enough because of cultural differences.

Can this be worked on, or is it a insurmountable problem?
