I'm 23, this makes me sound really sad! i'm a gentleman, i offer my jacket if a woman gets cold, i can cook, i've got a good sence of humor, the only problem is when i talk to a woman i either go quiet, or i get nervous. i have a speech problem in that i stutter or i talk too fast. Has anyone got any advice?

Why do women stay in abusive relationships? I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they're not that stupid, but what is the thought behind it? yet when there are PLENTY of single guys who would never treat a woman like that. Honestly, if I knew a girl who was being abused by her b/f, I would have to "visit" him, and see how tough he is against me.....

Ok ive been talking to this girl the works at a restraunt down the road from where i work, She seems really sweet but says she is living with her bf and wants me to get a place so that she has somewhere to go when she leaves him. This is a long story cut short. We met online and chatted for about six months got to know each other. And then we met and got along reasonably well the first month and then she wanted to get married to me. Although I loved her I had to say no because we ve only just met although the online relationship was six months long. Plus she kept talking/texting to her ex boyfriends even though I asked her not to.Well I caught her texting, emailing and even sending gifts to her exboyfriends behind my back.I still loved her but my mind always cautioned me about marrying her. She even started being abusive sometimes. She scratched me threw things at me etc.. So one day i thought i had enough we should stop this nonsense. Then we did. Shes gone now for more than a year. She is still texting me and I have told her its over, she wouldnt have it,..what am i to do? Dont get me wrong I loved her, treated her the best way I can,....but it has been too much

We have been friends for 2years and he has been divorced for 2 years. Nothing has ever happened between us, we haven't had any conversations on that level. However, lately I've been having dreams about us getting together and having really strong feeling for him. Well me and my boyfriend were having a debate about this topic the other day. I feel that as "the man" in the relationship you should for example, take out the trash, cut the grass, wash the car, OFFER to pay for dinner when out, hold doors, put together electronical stuff...and so on! He feels like it’s NO such thing as a "guy role" if something needs to be done then it needs to get done NO matter who does it!

I just feel like what’s the point of being with someone if they cant be there to do the stuff you may not a be good at! I do feel like those things are "guy things" and I don’t want to do them and probably not good at them! I feel that a man should do everything in his power to make his women happy! He should spoil her. I'm no gold digger or nothing I just want a man that’s going to be a MAN! And not say you do it......but instead say it’s already done! What do you think....Ladies and Males?
