Do you think that when a man and a woman look in each others eyes for the first time, they know right away there will be a lasting relationship? Or am I just dreaming a dream that won't come true? I would appreciate honest answers please.

I DO believe that you can actually feel that connection at times when you look into someones' eyes for the first time. I've done it.
It's a pretty incredible feeling - & even better when it really happens!!! Good luck - & no, you're not just dreaming!
p.s. - you didn't say a lifetime love, but a lasting relationship. yes, I still think it's possible & that it happens!

A fact above all others, a true fact I read it somewhere, Success rate of love at first sight is only 2%. I too had that experience, didnt work out for more than a month.

I don't think that is always true, but truthfully, that would be a wonderful feeling. I think I read too many romance novels though. Keep the dream alive, but don't dismiss every woman that this doesn't happen with...

I think you know right away that there is an attraction, but it takes time to figure out if there is potential for a lasting relationship. I believe there is lust at first sight, not love!

I think it is possible... sometimes you just know. If the other person feels the same about you when looking into your eyes it could really be something special.... Only time will tell.

Yes, sometimes you can look in someone's eyes and know that it won't last.. but then others, you see your future and someone you know you'll love for a long time. You'll know when you see it.

yes, the eyes are the windows to the soul. But my fav thing to tell my gf is let my eyes be your mirror, when she asks how she looks or doesn't feel attractive.

no i dont..lol When my husband first asked me for my phone number I was going to give him a fake one AN for some reason decided not to then i ignored his calls for the first month..lol But after i decided to finally go out on a date with him for the first time i knew he was the one... lol Good Luck
