It depends on the both of them. I am 15 and my bf is 18, but we work out fine, so it depends on the both of them, Good luck

I think so. When you are on the low end of time it make a big differance.When they get older they will see the difference.

Yes, because if they decide to have sex, the 14 yr old can be considered raped. (nonconsensual sex).
