Singles & Dating - 14 September 2006

Here it is.. my boyfriend that I have been seeing for about 2 months now is really good to me and everything.. but because of his past relationship my family has their doubts about him and dont really want to see me with him. I feel for him like I have never felt before so he may be the "one" and he is convinced that I am the "one" for him which is all fine and dandy in our world... but his past relationship wasnt all easy and fun like we are. It was abusive (verbally, physically, emotionally...) on both parties but more his ex- girlfriend than him. Anyways... they have 3 kids together and Im fine with that... I have one of my own. But what I dont understand is people can change they just have to want it but I cant get some of my family members to understand this. He is wonderful to me and my baby girl. I know that my family wants whats best for me.but maybe he may be good for me and I may do him some good. I dont know. I can only wait and see. but I need some other ppl input on this..

Hes amazingly cute, so nice and smart, plays football, and doesnt have a girlfriend, so many other girls think hes cute, and he could easily go out with any girl. BUt. we talk and stuff..and hes really sweet. idk wht to do! hes in 2 of my classes, and in every class we always make eye contact and stuff, i really like him? but how can i get him to like me?
that is with out me scaring him or any thing like that,
p.s we are in the 9th grade, and hes been homeschooled since he was 6

have had a crush on the same guy for half a year now; I want to know if he likes me or not. Personally, I'd never go out with him, but I still want to know. Anyways, we are aquaintances, and we talk to each other somtimes. While he had a gf ( he broke up with her several weeks ago), his gf spread a nasty rumor I wanted to screw him; he found out, so he knows I like him. Evern since ( till the end of last school year), he made jokes and comments that were a bit sexual ( not that bad); he jokes around, and my friend wanted me to report him. i thought I got over him this summer, but I guess I still have a crush on him. He waves hi to me, and we sometimes get into fights. I'll say something, and he'll retort it; I was being mean today(to him), and he called for a b*tch. My friend keeps saying he's playing around with my feelings; I think so too. My toher friends tell me he might like me. I don't care that much, but I still want to know what he feels about me.

Know her for a little over a year. We are close but there is still some distance. We've dated somewhat, but work together and complications have come from the workplace. Management is not happy about the budding relationship. I want her to know that I care, yet am afraid of losing the spark that is already there. Because of our jobs and the bosses not liking our interest. We have had to remain neutral there. However, I work nights and she is on days. It is difficult to plan for time together. It has stalled the romance. If only there was a surfire way to show her I care without coming across like a little kid back in grade school. I am 7 years younger then her also. So I have some phobia about her perception about me. My age. And also, if I am serious or not. Please help!

attracted to one girl and been chatting to her many times ..In fact there is another good looking guy seems to be interested in her either ...and i know that iam so nice to her but i cant figure out how she think and seems to me that she is torn between us .......i know that i have anice personality and good look but i would say that the other guy got that very good looking and been always surronded by girls in the club.....and got that luxury car (mercedus)...i actually started to think that i have to give up ...i know that i like her but there are some fatal attracted things ....he might be better good looking and rich ...iam actually confused .......

now after 9 months, me and my ex-boyfriend have worked things out and want to plan a life together. Should I tell him? If I we decide to get married how can I hold such a secret from him? Will he understand that I didn't do it because I didnt love him (he broke up with me)? I know for sure that my ex good friend would never tell. He has always been a very dear friend to me but I felt so comfortable with him. The thing is what if he tells 20 years from now, to ruin my marriage.

I have known this girl since Jr.High and had many courses with her in Jr.High and High School. She used to tease me quite a bit.
In Algebra, she used to run her fingers through my hair when I leaned back. She voted me "Most Likely To Succeed" and told me I deserved it even though I did not win. As I got older, I would see her. She was always smiling and bubbly. She lived on the same street as me even until my late 30's. She would walk and always smile and say "Hi". Se was married for twenty years and is now single. I saw her and asked her to have lunch. She said, "I was crazy." She sees me around town. Now she totally avoids me. What the he** is going on. She has me so confused. It is like she is misleading me to ask her out and do things. Then, she stonewalls me every time. She is making me depressed... Really hurt by her.

I have been with my boyfriend for ova two years, and i have noticed more and more how paranoid he is. He still has a passbook for his bank account, and dont trust cash machines. He wont even leave shoes in his car, incase they are stolen.am i just being paranoid or is this normal behaviour for a 20 year old?

I find myself thinking about my ex all day... The proble is we broke up because I felt like he didn't trust me and he's the one that broke up with me. I was hurt and confused because i didn't understand.. I finally got him to sit down and talk to me and we had a pretty good convo... After that things started changing, he would do little things for me. I mean he tried going back out with him but at first I wasn't too sure because of our past relationship.. But just when I was about to give in, I found out something that was really shocking.. While he was trying to talk to me, he had a girlfriend on the side... He didn't try to hide it neither but he said that he loves me and will try anything so we could work.. But he never told me about his girl.. It hurts me alot because we've been together soo long and I really fell for him.. Now I don't know what to do. He doesn't know that I know about his girlfriend. why do you get attached so easily and quickly ? can't you just enjoy the flow then get off the boat? i mean for us male lions, its like you have to date everytime you wanna have some .
