With 6 years exprince just join a big Trading company!! my work is marchandising. from the day i join this company i show result for the company!! this companys big boss stay in other city . he come yestoday to visit stafff . and he very happy from my work . but other marchandigers (working last 1 year too 7 years) start to say to boss bad about me !! i know i dont do anything wrong and bad . but i feel that from now other marchandigers getting jealous what will be happen latter ??
I want work in this company . but dont know how to soluv this problem. pls give me ur advice.

I have been going out with a boy and its been about a week. It seems like everyone I talk to knows that we are going out so then they ask "did you kiss yet" I want to say yes but the truth is no. So this weekend I am going to met him at the park near my house and try to get a first kiss but I am not sure if I am ready for it. Should I kiss him or wait?

i am in this 3d class with this guy that i have been with....we had this arguement about me telling my friends that we got together....he got mad over something so stupid!....i told him that he is just plain imature and that he should grow up......now he gives me this looks now and then..indicating that he wants something from me...im ignoring him coz he spited me by getting another girlfriend...i felt hurt...nd nw he thinks its a joke by hurting my feelings......how do i knw that maybe he still likes me alot?i can see that he does and that he cant deny the fact that i was that special to him....how do i react towards him????!

When I get there I ring his bell and there is no answer. So I ring it again. At this point some of friends are outside and they start fighting in his yard hearing all the commotion his mom comes out to break them up. Not only did she come out but his baby's mother also came out of his house while I'm on the porch. After that I decicde to just leave there so busy watching the fight she never noticed me standing there. As I was leaving I saw him on the top porch watching. The next morning this fool calls and ask can I come and give him some before I go work! If he had company last night why the hell would you be calling me to come over the very next morning? He tried to say he didn't have company last night and that he didn't see me standing out there.

Hi, I really hope some of you guys can give me pointers on this. I met a great guy a couple of months ago, we spent loads of time together and became very close very quickly. We still kept our independence, however, but really enjoyed the time we spent together (including the fantastic sex!)

Everything was going great until a couple of weeks ago, when he suddenly announced that he was worried about getting into a 'really serious' relationship so soon after breaking up with his ex (about eight months ago). I suggested we take a break but he didn't want to do that - in fact he told me that he had fallen for me very quickly and was scared.

We spent that night together, but now he's distant again. He has contacted me but I feel a bad feeling in my gut. I sent him some sexy messages the other day and I got pretty average responses. I am concerned that he has lost interest...and I'm the last woman to want to be needy or dependent on someone. So...should I cut my losses now?

Hey everyone I am back again. Confused as ever... Apperently I need help with my game. I have been told im subtle so when i ask someone out they are like WOAH you like me? There is this guy that states that he really likes me. We are currently friends and would like to eventually take our relationship to the next step. Right now he says that we are in "transition". What does this mean? We have been talking over the phone and in person for over 2 months now. He states that he is not a waste of my time. Currently, he has not been calling or answering his text messages. Yesterday I sent him an email to let him know that right now I am not happy because he dosen't call for a week and it seems to be too much for him. I think that if you want to be with someone you should at least show it. I had plans of flying down to see him on my birthday. Do you think this is a waste of time? Last night I was on the phone with a friend, and I received a text from him stating that he can't call me. I asked why and he said right now he is so unhappy. I once asked again and he said nothing is going right. What does this mean? Should I leave him alone? Or wait on him to call?
