With 6 years exprince just join a big Trading company!! my work is marchandising. from the day i join this company i show result for the company!! this companys big boss stay in other city . he come yestoday to visit stafff . and he very happy from my work . but other marchandigers (working last 1 year too 7 years) start to say to boss bad about me !! i know i dont do anything wrong and bad . but i feel that from now other marchandigers getting jealous what will be happen latter ??
I want work in this company . but dont know how to soluv this problem. pls give me ur advice.

I cant say bad about other workers bcoz they are clost to boss more than me . i worry if i say to boss other staff pissing me out . maybe boss think i m trying to show them bad to boss . !!

You can't worry about what others say about you. I know it sucks, there's always a lot of gossip floating around about people but you know what the truth is.
It sounds like they are, indeed, jealous of your work. I'm sure your outperforming them make them feel inferior to and threatened by you.
Just keep doing what you're doing, I'm sure the boss knows how valuable you are to the company

Wow I'm going to take it that your native tongue IS NOT english. You talk like a freakin' caveman. Get some more education before you start posting questions and learn how to freakin' talk. And if this comany hired you, you must be one GORGEOUS dame, because you seem to have no skills whatsoever as far as communication goes. Well, you are setting a high level of productivity and probably not getting paid for it so that is why they are mad. Keep your level on par with theirs. There is no need to compete when there is no money in it. Why should they have to work at your pace just because you can prove them wanting. They could perhaps do just as much but why bother when there is no compensation for that level of productivity. Its called 'showing off" at their expense and of course they'll resent you. Cool it.

The only thing to do is talk with your boss.....explain yourself,but you are right do not put down you collegues,(the other people you work with), it only make you look vindictive, Diplomacy is the only way to assertively get your message across.....good luck

You can form a team of people, ask the others to help you with a project and put all your names on it.
