Hey, i have a question. Why is it that when you start going out with guys they are completely obsessed withyou. They buy you dinner, they get you gifts, they say they love you and then after a while it seems like the love wears off and taking care of you becomes a chore for them. Guys why? girls do u know what i'm talking about?

there is this guy who is friends with my ex.I saw him out one night and we hit it off well talking,I was still bitter about catching my ex cheating on me,he understood and listened, he drove me home that night and I invited him to stay,he did,I asked him to sleep in the bed with me and he did till I slept.He was a complete gentleman and did not make any moves.I saw him once since then and he came to me and said"your killing me".My ex was there also so we had to keep quiet.It has been 6 months since that night,I have not seen or spoke to him since.I still think about him.My ex found out about that night and is so pi$$ed, even though he should not matter.Now his friend is freaked.I heard he likes me but my ex freaks him out.What do I do?

Partner, but can it be disrespectful ie. turning your head, looking more than a glance or staring and the frequency of looks. I have seen where one partner looks at almost every person that walks past them (to me that is checking them out) is that ok, a look is a look, or is there a point when it becomes disrespectful to the other partner. at what point does it become disrespectful, if at all?

we are bith in college, and we are in the same math class together. the teacher puts us in groups for the whole semister, and we have to do group projects. She gave us a number 1-5 and she and I were both 5's. We have like 7 people in our group. I know it's weird for a college class but the grades are based on group activities. Well we talk after class about the group projects and stuff. I found out that she had a b/f cause she was talking and was like "I have been dating this loser for 4 1/2 years" She made a face like its been a long time, so I might as well still date him or something like that. I don't know women well lol. We still talk like friends and we all shared e-mails, but I feel like its possiable she may like me, but is not clueing me in cause she has a b/f. I really haven't done anything with her since I have known her for 2 weeks. Any suggestions? I'm lost.

I will be turning 18 on Monday, and even though I've dated 2 guys this summer, neither one developed into anything. One, broke up with me because he wanted to be free with college around the corner. The other, I broke up with because of lack of common interests. (Which turned out to be a good decision on my part, because he's a fricken liar). I want to be in a relationship because otherwise I just go looking for physical attention, almost anywhere I can get it. I don't know why I need a guy to feel secure, especially after I spent 4 years of my life single. The guys that I like either don't like me that way, or aren't ready for a serious relationship. Why are all the decent guys who are worth dating, never interested? I'm not ugly, I'm not fat and I still don't understand it. I guess some guys get intimidated by the fact that I'm smart. But if they knew anything about me at all, they'd know that pretty much lasts only as far as the books go. I wanna know why ME isn't good enuf!

though we hv broken up, at times i still think of him. i know its stupid but whenever he automatically come to my mind, i tell myself to stop thinking of him.
