If he is moving away why would you ask him out? Long distance relationships tend not to work out so much, especially if you are younger. Why don't you just cherish the time you have left with him?

If you're interested in asking him out because he will be moving far away very soon, it could be that you have a self esteem issue and feel going out with him is safer than with someone who will interact with your friends afterwards...
Go ahead and ask him out.. maybe it'll help you feel better about yourself and more confident if the two of you have a good time...

If you want to get to know him, why would you wait until he is ready to move to ask him out? If you want this to move into a relationship, I would suggest you ask him for his new mailing address or his email and start as friends. Later, after you get to know him, you might want to start a long distance thing and then see what happens from there.

No why would you want to ask him out when is he going to be moving? Long distance relationships are not easy to keep. Even if you started one is even more difficult. Keep in touch with him and see where it goes from there. Give him a chance to settle in his new place and remind him you are their if he needs some support.

If you like him....yes ask him if he'd like to hang out sometime, sometime before he moves.
Let him know that your interested...and it's a possibility that you can still keep in touch when its time for him to move....

sure you can ask him out if you like him. and keep contact with him after he moves too. sometimes long distance relationships do turn out good.
