I'm conservative when it comes to relationships, since I'm not allowed to date for two years anyway and I don't want to hurt anyone. But I think I've liked a guy(let's call him Steve) for three years, and each year I get a little surer. But now, my friend seems to have fallen in love with him. Just out of the blue, she say's she's over her last boyfriend, and thinks that Steve is the best thing since Resees Peanut Butter Cups. She wants me to find out if he likes her, and to let him now she likes him. I want to help her, but I'm afraid that if things don't work out with them, and I later want to try to have a relationship with "Steve", that would make me a bad friend and hurt her feelings.

Should I give up on my crush of three years, or tell my friend that I kind of like Steve? I'm just afraid of ruining our friendship....

My best friend is a guy we've been friends for like 8years. We talk about everything. I'v noticed he always puts down the guys i like or would like to go out with. im a senior in high school and i was wondering why the girls in my senior class think that they have to have an older boyfriend or be hangin out w/ older guys. when we were in 9th grade or so they always were w/ us but then they started moving to the older guys and it pisses me and my friends off.

This man I was seeing decided to end the relationship...it wasn't my choice...we agreed to stay in touch and we continued to contact each other via email and chat. I am having a person health crisis and really need the support of a good friend. For the last couple of weeks he has not returned emails or IM's.
