Don't go into it trying to score points. It should be loving and open. I know that's easier said than done for a guy, but honestly, if you load yourself with pressure, you will make things more stressful. You will know if you're pleasing your girl by her reactions....and if you communicate verbally with her, then she'll tell you!

I would suggest stopping and starting a lot. Women like this. I'd be honest - instead of pretending you are experienced, and letting her down, let her know it's the first time and then work hard at pleasing her - she'll be impressed instead of disappointing her. Instead, enter her, bring her to a pleasure zone, then stop and make out with her or concentrate on her manually. Then make her ask to put it back in. Tease her a little. Hopefully she knows it is your first time. I have helped some guys through this. Some of them still wanted to be in control so I talked them through it. The others I just took over. None lasted long, but I knew that going in. If you are young enough you can go again and again. After your second or third round you should have lasted long enough to please her. If she has pleasured you before by other means, then that should help you for when this happens.

Take your time. Explore her first. Lots of kissing, touching and licking.
