Here is my story: I am in love with a guy, James, that I lived with in Fort Luaderdale for a year...I moved to Tennessee to go to get my masters degree and he stayed becasue he is taking over the family business in Florida. Well, originally we decided that we were should take some time away from each other and now we both miss each other. In the mean time, I thought we wouldn't ever get back together and now I live with a close friend of mine that is a guy, Rex, and he recently said that he is in love with me. I told him I was ATTRACTED to him--which I am in a way, but I have 10 months on a lease with him and now I don't know what to do. I like him and want to keep him as a friend, but I also don't want it to be an awkward 10 months. And to make things worse, James wants tme to fly down in a few days to see him. The thing is Rex is a successful man and extremely thoughful and considerate...he really is a good catch, but my heart is still with James. What would you do? Thanks!!

Over the weekend, my "friend" and me went out to dinner, I have known him 5 yrs. we have been getting along fine but after dinner he excused himself to go to the bathroom and didn't come back, didn't come back....three waiters came over to me and kept asking if I needed anything, etc....then one of them pointed out that my "friend" was at the bar talking to some guy....earlier in the evening my "friend" mentioned that he knew this guy through an aquaintence....so anyway, this is fine with me but now it's going on 30 minutes and he never came over to me to ask me to join them....he just left me there.....I mean, the least he could have done was clue me in...I finally stood up and waved to him..getting his attention and pointed towards the door, saying that I was leaving....he kinda gave a sarcastic smile and partially waved...I walked out practically on fire, I was soooo mad...now mind you, I'm a pretty easygoing girl...not too much bothers me....what do you think?

Ok, she dates my boyfriend's brother and we had talked about getting an apartment together. Well I was having problems with my parents so she "let" me move in with her. I thought she was being nice...obviously I was wrong. Ok, so she has this pothead best friend who's moving in because I have to go to college and live on campus. Well the other girl wasn't suppossed to sign her paperwork till this Friday, well she went ahead and signed and of course no one bothered to tell me, I had to find out the hard way. Ok, so I had planned on moving out this Saturday because I work during the week and don't really have time to get everything together. My roomie doesn't even have a job. Ok so then she tells me that I have to be completely moved out before Friday, I reminded her that it was Saturday not Friday. Well she said if I was going to stay this week that i would have to pay. Here's the problem with that......I didn't move in until the 3rd week in June and I still paid the full months rent!!

I went on a nice date with this really nice guy and we had a great time. He seems like a real gentleman and has everything that I would want in potential mate EXCEPT, he is overweight and I do not find him physically attractive at all! I know that physcial appearance is not the most important thing, however I would like to be SOMEWHAT attracted to the man I am dating. Am I being totally shallow? I know that good men are really hard to find, and thus far, he does seem like a "good man" He tried to kiss me at the end of the date and I actually shuttered out of just pure disinterest. Is this something I can get over for the sake of having a good guy, or should I just count my losses here? What do you think?

Hi. I met a guy a couple months ago at a BBQ party. There was lots of eye contact and good chat. It felt very comfortable and he asked me out.

Couple dates later after live jazz and a club we share some passionate snogging. After another date a couple weeks later I attempted to kiss him. But he said he wanted to be friends, although finds me attractive. I decided - lust permitting – to try being friends with this guy for a while. We’ve met and talked a couple times since then in an increasingly enjoyable, flirty, comfortable and fun way.

I’m 34 black, him 36 & Italian been in UK 2+ yrs. We’ve talked - him more than me - about wanting family, kids etc before 40. We own our homes, have good jobs and share a sense of faith. We’ve both lived with other people and realise it takes something special to do that again. I would like to know how to manoeuvre these delicate steps.

I like him and think we’d be good together. So why is he politely distant? Is he just not into me?

I officialy became his girlfriend, went to his place, it was bad idea I agreed to share the bed.
I was kissing him, he was kissing me all over, but I said "no" when he start to touch me under the clothes.
This repeated 4 times during the whole night, cuz we couldn't have a deep sleep. I think we were so tired after all that. He wasn't touching me at all in the morning, had a good kiss on the lips, and left at noon...felt horrible. Got a cute mail while I was on the train.
So, I mailed this guy this morning how I felt I would have to feel very comfortable to have sex, waiting for his return...
How tough is this rejection for a guy? Could be handled?

ok. my friend is like totally tweeking on me.
