Over the weekend, my "friend" and me went out to dinner, I have known him 5 yrs. we have been getting along fine but after dinner he excused himself to go to the bathroom and didn't come back, didn't come back....three waiters came over to me and kept asking if I needed anything, etc....then one of them pointed out that my "friend" was at the bar talking to some guy....earlier in the evening my "friend" mentioned that he knew this guy through an aquaintence....so anyway, this is fine with me but now it's going on 30 minutes and he never came over to me to ask me to join them....he just left me there.....I mean, the least he could have done was clue me in...I finally stood up and waved to him..getting his attention and pointed towards the door, saying that I was leaving....he kinda gave a sarcastic smile and partially waved...I walked out practically on fire, I was soooo mad...now mind you, I'm a pretty easygoing girl...not too much bothers me....what do you think?

For the sake of your own self-worth just never tolerate people treating you with such disrespect, they are unworthy of your friendship and need to learn not to treat people in this appalling way. If your "friend" chooses to apologise profusely and goes on to reform his behaviour then you can give him a second chance ... as long as this was not the umpteenth time he's been so uncaring.

I would of ordered like three more drinks and some other expensive items off the menu and left smiling and waving as I exited the restaurant. But that's just me, I'm a prick that way!

He was a *** of biblical proportions!!! you should have gone up to him and his friend and asked your friend if this was the guy he was talking about all evening during dinner and that you would find him attractive also....then walked away!!
