Ok, she dates my boyfriend's brother and we had talked about getting an apartment together. Well I was having problems with my parents so she "let" me move in with her. I thought she was being nice...obviously I was wrong. Ok, so she has this pothead best friend who's moving in because I have to go to college and live on campus. Well the other girl wasn't suppossed to sign her paperwork till this Friday, well she went ahead and signed and of course no one bothered to tell me, I had to find out the hard way. Ok, so I had planned on moving out this Saturday because I work during the week and don't really have time to get everything together. My roomie doesn't even have a job. Ok so then she tells me that I have to be completely moved out before Friday, I reminded her that it was Saturday not Friday. Well she said if I was going to stay this week that i would have to pay. Here's the problem with that......I didn't move in until the 3rd week in June and I still paid the full months rent!!

So yesterday she told me that I have to be moved out by today!!! What the f****?! So I am severely pissed at her because I have done nothing but help her lazy butt out and this is how she repays me. How do I deal with this? What do ya'll think I should do?

Ok first get all ur stuff together and act likes its no big deal cause since u r acting like it's a big deal (even though I know it is) she wants to make u angry so she makes the time u have to move smaller and smaller and smaller. Wehn u get all ur stuff out. I say u give it to her. U can blow ur head off then and cuse all the cuse words in her face cause she can't kick u out u have already moved. Then I bet that after a while she is going to kick out her pothead friend or she may even get into it and she will want u to move back in to pay for everything so don't ever go back or u could get ur self in some serious trouble

take the bounced cheques to a legal expert and notice in case you would be repaid. the voice recording on the blackberry isn't legally binding, so she's the two stupid or bluffing. i vote for stupid. you have found out a helpful lesson approximately roommates. this is terrific to have a place of your man or woman. you look to have a good head on your shoulders and that i think of you will do properly on your life.

she sounds like someone who is totally unreasonable and self centered, she would drive me nutz, remind her of the June think and say you want the money back from that and you are staying whilst Saturday, tell her only few days left, lets not ***** at each other
