Last night my bf of 5 months asked me to dinner. Just out of the blue, he asked me if going to dinner would make me happy. He then said it cant be a sleepover because he needs to get his sleep for work the next day, and he has his dog, which Ive seen once in 5 months. I told him it's been a while since the last time I stayed over (about 3 weeks) and that since we dont see each other a lot (maybe once a week or so) that it's just some extra time for us to spend together, and he should consider compromising. He got upset and said to stop it, and threw something I said three months ago in my face. He said the answer is no, and he said maybe we should just forget dinner if it's going to be this way. he then got nice again and said he's under a lot of stress with his family. His sister is sick, and he told me he goes over there everyday to see her, and he was basically making himself look like a victim. Why did he get so angry with me about mentioning us spending more time together?

I'm only 21, but I have never met a girl who I considered to be on my wavelength. Not smarter/dumber or better/worse, just different. Also, a freind once told me that I think too much and trust too little to ever be in love. I used to tell my high school girfreind that I loved her, but it was really just what she wanted to hear, not what I really felt. Nowadays, I just date occasionaly basically for entertainment. But am I missing out on something?

The girl I love doesn't know that, yet, or well maybe she's guessing...i dont know though.

She is really unavailable, everytime I invite her to some group outing or something, she's always kinda busy...plus she's leaving with her parents to go to connecticut Friday, then she comes back on Wednesday and on Thursday leaves to Cape Cod for a week... Long story short, she's still friends with her ex. I told her I was uncomfortable with her talking to him even as friends. Her response was, "please don't force me into choosing you over my friends". I told her I wanted to meet him, she told me she asked him and he's uncomfortable meeting me. She hung out with him a few days later, "I made plans with him today". She tells me that if she wanted to be with him then she wouldn't be with me. We've been dating for 2 years now and I think she should get passed him and move on with us (even if he is a friend) but it doesn't seem like she's willing to let go. I'd hate to loose her, but because of him it doesn't seem like she's as serious about this relationship as I am. Am I wrong to think this way? Any suggestions?

One is sweet and I dated him a while back but he's just not my type anymore. He's not outgoing but he is soo sweet and cares so much.
