you dont have to, you can go for just open mouth kissing. but its not digusting at all or at least to me it's not. it makes the kiss better and after that you and the person your doing it with may want more. (if thats your thing.) i love tounge, try it once. go for it. it will be interesting and you'll like it too, but don't get too into it you are hanging out with the person everyday hoping for it. never use someone for making out, its happened to me and it hurts when you find out. okay hope it helps.

if you mean using your tounge during kissin then it is disgusting,
and if you kiss someone and your tounge is in there mouth you dont know if they are sick or not you could get sick!

Some days I do and others I don't. It depends on the mood. But no you don't have to open your mouth while kissing to show someone you love or care about them.
