Well I personally have the utmost respect and admiration for firemen and police officers (plus have a thing for guys in uniform - yum. I also love a man in a suit and tie). But the best occupation to have for a man is one in which the bills get paid without struggle, and live comfortably but still have extra money for some special extras or a few extravagances (like vacations, gifts). However the truly best occupation/job is one that makes a man feel happy and fulfilled, in doing what he wants to do. If he's happy, then I'm happy.

This could be the stuff of fantasy or real life. The so called desirable jobs can have their downsides such as time away from home , shifts etc. opportunities to stray..
Surely it's the calibre of the man rather than the job that matters..so long as he's kind and responsible and puts food on the table...
I'd really like a gorgeous doctor who does martial arts and has various James Bond abilities ..except for all the womanising of course..

One that he enjoys doing. If he's unhappy with his job / career, then that unhappiness filters into other aspects of his life and no matter what the woman does, she can't make it better. So it doesn't matter if he's a doctor, fireman, pilot, cook, dishwasher, or ditch digger, if he's happy, I'm happy.

Well to me the best job would be a business man, who can get away a lot and set his own hours. some live on their boats for the summerm other ar summer homes, ski lodges in winter, that kind of thing. My vote goes to bussiness man

I love my husbands job. Granted he doesn't fit the stereo typical union iron worker. He's a big muscular guy, white teeth (and all of them). He carries a tool belt, wears work boots, and a hard hat. The sleeveless shirts......he comes home dirty and pumped......He does reek with the smell of a workin man, but he just looks so damn sexy! Plus he cleans up nicely.

Corperate Lawyer. They make a fortune and don't have to keep court dates all the time, so they control their own schedule, leaving lots of time for trips and vacations.
