what do you look for in a man?

Hey y'all. I am known as the good girl that doesn't smoke, drink or go wild at parties. I am in college and it seems like that's all guys like to do and also girls. And it also seems like guys are into the girls that do party, get smashed and aren't really goal-oriented. I feel like I'm the only 18 year old that doesn't enjoy getting wasted. I only get approached by older men or guys that say they want to stalk me. My guy friends tell me I am beautiful, which I don't believe, but they tend to go after the girls that are heavy partiers. Am I wrong or do guys prefer party girls?

after i had told her a lie about making a phone call about checking on a job, she finds out that i didn't, we argue about the lie and she says "i will not live like this anymore" and then i threaten to leave, we have just moved 2300 miles to start a new life together, she says fine leave, i didn't mean it i was just angrey but now she wants me gone, i have said i am sorry and want to work on the relationship but it's" get out of my life", oh yea she has said this twice before over the last two years when i thought the relationship was going well, but had just had a fight help i love her but what do i do?

Ok i know i know that someone falls in love with who they want depending on how they feel and i cant change that and i also know that women want a strong confident man whose respectful and exciting and interesting and then looks are secondary....im probably answering my own question lol.....but how do i go on about this.......how can i be the interesting and exciting guy and how can I change a girls mind on being all I can be by being confident and showing her my best foot forewards while still keeping my nice guy personality, not being too boring and shy to change her mind about just being friends.......maybe a complicated question but if i get good detailed answers there will be 10 points reward

Sadly, the first guy I truly liked and possibly fell in love with is going to college in the next month. All those years through middle school and 2 years in high school several guys have liked me from time to time but I never really liked any guy until I met him in my karate class and soon enough learned that he went to my school. Ever since then we always joked and talked and later learned on my own that I think he liked me. Now it is the summer and I rarely see him. I will see him one last time on our karate testing. I cannot get over it and I feel a little hopeless. I've been trying to let go. It's not working! Should I tell him that I like him the next time I see him even though it will be about 2 months since we've seen each other? Our connection is fading with the large amounts of time in between us.
