not personally - but many years ago at a Halloween party, one of my co-workers (a very nice, attractive woman) was dressed as a playboy bunny. She got way too drunk, and while dancing, her outfit slipped down on one side. It was much worse than Tara Reid's little accident! I managed to get her off the dance floor and into a back room to fix the problem - but she never lived it down!

One time a guy I knew was over for dinner with his wife, and she was ticked off about something, so was telling us about it. She was flailing her arms around and speaking german so fast that her boob fell out of her cami. Her husband stuffed her boob back in her shirt because she didn't realize it. Just cause u don't want 2 let people see ur bra straps doesn't mean u can't lock and load if u have giant boobs.

~sigh~ Sadley YES!! we were in Mexico city this spring and I was wearing this outfit! similar to the one Jessica Simpson wore to the MTV Spring break in 2005! well I got drunk and got up to dance on the bar well my top didn't agree w/my plan and not just one but to slipped! ha!
