I tell them
I'd like to in a nice poem.
like:
you to have;
you to hold;
forever.
you as my friend;
you in my heart;
forever.
you to have;
you to love;
forever.
(that should be sufficient, as I'm not proposing to you ;)!)
they'll show it, they'll seek your company,
try to talk to you, compliment you,
look/ stare at you for extended periods of time.
their pupils will dialate when looking at you (the black part at the center of the eye will get bigger, it's entirely natural, and hormonal)
how's that.
I'm very upfront, but you see, I'd never ask a girl out unless she was my friend already. it'd be too wierd, we'd have nothing in common, which makes chatting rather hard.

I don't know how old you are but when I'm interested in a girl I'm always trying to get her into her pants... I hope I'm not being to blunt....If your asking whats the sign he wants a relationship, then it's, he always going out of his way to be near you, or getting alone time with you. If a guy likes you then he wants to have his alone time with you to make his move.

For me the signs are some one that i like, and we both are realistic as to what we are looking for in a relationship.

Smile, laugh, act differently around you! Show off, reev engines ( Red Necks)
You can see when a guy shows intrest in you! its really obvious! and if you like him! start taking off some clothes or loosen up, smile back! Not like getting naked or anything, but move around! walk up to him and smile! buy him a drink or something!

we crack hecka jokes, try to engage you in conversation at every opportunity we get, try to impress or make you laugh (in a non-derisive manner) in whatever way we can, we call you up even for small things, we keep lookin in your eyes (them jerks look at the rest of the body), we smile at the mention of your name, we laugh at your jokes (even the corny ones so that you dont end up lookin awkward when no one laughs), we keep asking your friend about you, etc, etc, on & on...now that i think about it, it's not that hard to figure out us dudes. you'll know
