How do i know if i like a guy because i really like him or because i like him out of desperation/ crisis time???

This boy in my class says he likes me and he acts like it but i dont know whether to beleive him or not because i like him to and i had my heart broken some time ago but i am over it. should i ask him out? i was going to give him an annonymos note but i was to shy. what should i do? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a really shy girl and i need help like now!!! or at least before tomorrow i dont think i can stand it any more! i might just have to ask him out with out counsoulting anyone first and he might not like me!!!

Why most(not many) white guys and girls prefer white guys and girls and got repulsed by the idea of being out with black guy or girl or outside their race. Is it just their preference or racism?

I like her and she think's she's in love with a guy named Paul who graduated just this year. We're both 15, in case you wanna know.
Anyways...she probably knows I like her...but she rarely ever really talks to me...sometimes I think she intentionally ignores me...I don't know...what should I do?

this guy who's 2.5 yrs older than me has been my friend for more than 4yrs. We've always been on/off about whether we should be together. He keeps telling me he loves me, but im not always sure whether he means it as a friend or "more than a fren". so about her, i asked her out at the beggining of the school year,and she said no because she just wanted to be friends. we've been through a lot this year. now we were talking yesterday and she wrote on the instant messenger: i like u u are what i've been looking for for a long time, but im scared i know that u can do better than me. and if i tell people then they'll make fun of me.

My ex and I had a very good relationship. It was more than perfect. I went away for a few months, but before I left- he told me that he was having doubts about being in a serious relationship, but he would try to work out his issues so we could be together when I came back.he decided that he didnt want to be in a relationship out of nowhere. We remained friends, after I cried for days. When I came back, we were just friends for a while, but it seems like we cant stay away from each other for long. We have been intimate 3 times since then, and making plans for him to stay the night over again. Also he is making plans for us to go out. I really love this guy- but i know that now is not a good time for me( or him)to be in a relationship. I just graduated college, and he is a senior in college. But i cant get him out of my system. I love him to death, but i dont want to scare him by telling him that I love him, and want to be with him eventually. What do I do?

How do you know if a guy that's shy might have a crush on you? This guy I know flirts with me sometimes and has gotten red. But then other times, doesn't seem to look my way or make eye contact with me. Are these signs of a guy that's shy with a crush, or maybe just not interested really. I'm 10 years older, he's 23 and I'm 33 maybe this could be a reason you think?
