I use to talk to him and now he knows that I like him and ever since I told him well we stopped talking and I don'e know how to talk a conversation after like 3 weeks of not talking to him

Let him come to you and talk. Why bother if it's been three weeks, If he cared one bit about you he certainly wouldn't have waited three weeks, two days, one minute. Move on.

i was in a situation like that, but last night, he got online, and so i started chatting with him. we had a fabulous conversation, laughing and just having fun. find something to talk to him ABOUT. because if you have nothing to say, it will just seem stupid. AAANNNDDD (as a last resort, mind you) you could flirt with him. it may not inspire conversation initially, but it would get his attention if you wanted to talk. just remember the things u guys have in common. thats very important.
