It is just as hard for a single mother
If someone can't except that you have children then they are not the right one for you

I've found that most of the women I've dated since my wife left have no problem with my kids being in the picture it's the fact that my ex is still a part of my life because of the kids. I have no feelings for the ex at all, and definitely no desire to reconcile but she hangs over my head like a rain cloud to other women.

I think that some women are immature and can not handle having this other womens child around,also the other women is usually still in the picture, and they want this person all to them selves. There are women that would be happy to help raise a child of a single guy and love it like it was theirs. No man should settle for less for their child.

Well i'm a single mum & the same goes for me when a guy finds out i have 2 kids they can't get away fast enough but hang in there because i believe someone will come along one day that won't be afraid to love us single parents for who we are

Most women like to have a man with no children so that they could build a family with them without having to put the "step" in front of child.

Well I have acctually, I think I was a little silly to do so though, I was 18 and he was 26. We where together for a year and a half.

Cause they are afraid that they will become solely responsible for the child's care just like a real mom!

1st guess is they are not ready to be involved with kids. They aren't looking to be babysitters, step-moms, or just plain aren't mature enough to deal with that whole situation. The right one will accept the man and his child(ren).

sometimes they are afraid that they will be responsible for the little child and they do not like that sometimes. they may feel that the guy may dump all the work on her, like handling the child, doing the housework, and so on. i guess sometimes it justs turns girls off.
