i told this guy that i like him and i KNOW he likes me back because people have told me this, and yet he STILL is not asking me out! should i just forget him and move on or is he waiting for me to ask him out?

I would suggest you ask him where he stands with you and hear it form the horses mouth. Believe me, it will save you a lot of headache and worrying as well as Precious time. Most guys start misbehaving when a girl asks them out, yet they won't take the initiative to do so even after if you have swallowed your pride and asked them first. And if he still doesn't budge, forget him and carry on with your life. He is probably not worth the extra effort.By the time he realized what he missed, it will be too late. Have FUN!!!!!!!

forget about him there is no reason for a girl to be waiting on a guy but keep your mind open for him you never know maybe he doesn't know how to ask you out help him ask him out on a date or something

I know it's easier said than done, but if you're brave enough to tell this guy you like him, then you're brave enough to approach him again and get clarification
maybe he's not ready right now or maybe he is shy or confused. All I know is, when I liked someone, my view on everything wasn't clear, so if this guy is worth it, make sure you find out what's going on.
his reaction when you told this guy you liked him might also clue you in on what might be going on.

i think you should keep waiting to he asked you cause you never no what may happen
i tell you you ask him out and see what he say if he say no then then move on with your life is that better for you .

well if you already told him that you like him and he STILL hasn't make a move then he probably doesn't like you. well you already made the first move by telling him. MOVE on woman! your wasting your preciouse time. you could of probably been dating someone else by now.

If you still like him I think you should still ask him, but only face to face because you never know what will happen and you can protect yourself. Otherwise...... don't worry about it.

perhaps he just needs a bit of indirect encouragement. you females are very complex and complicated creatures. its impossible sometimes to figure out what you're thinking, feeling, etc. unless we have some kind of simple idea.
