There are millions of examples, even on this site, where a girl rejects a guy because she is looking for someone BETTER.
Then later in life she wishes she had accepted the guys she rejected.
The truth is, for example the girls on dating sites, they demand such qualities in a man, that any man who had these qualities would not be looking for a girl like the one who is asking, he would be looking for someone much better than her. Its always a plain Jane looking for Mr. Perfect. Dont they understand Mr. Perfect goes with Miss Perfect, not plain Jane.
Why cant women accept that the dating game is like a commercial, competitive market, and if you overprice yourself you get left on the shelf.
Its obvious you cant buck the market. What do you think.

She says its only to talk to her daughter, but she ends up talking to him for most of the time. She also deletes his number whenever he calls so I dont see. She speaks thai so I dont understand most of what is being said. He has sent me e-mails saying she tells him she loves him. Does she want her cake and eat it too. What should I do?

It's been a while since I broke up with Michael and got together with Eli.My parents are going on a holiday to Europe and the idea was for me to stay with my Godmother for 2 weeks which really pissed me off because it's an hour from where I live and I am 18 after all.Somehow Michael found out,called me and offered to let me stay with him knowing that my parents liked and trusted him and would probably agree which took me by complete suprise.I ended up telling my parents about it and they agreed not knowing that we had broken up.Why would he do something like this after what I did to him?Why would he want me around after I broke his heart?Eli doesn't like the idea at all but knows unless he agrees he won't see me for 2 weeks.

I dated a man for a short time a couple of yrs ago, we broke up, time passed and we ran into one another again. (He lives very close to me) He mentioned he should have never let that break up happen. But getting back together didn't happen. Then he calls me every once in a while, however,he does not return my calls until he is ready which is usually weeks later. One day I ran into him by the mailboxes after work and he was on his way over my condo to see me and bring me some CD's he wanted me to check out. When he is around me he makes me feel that he is really into me, but the lack of communication still happens. He said he works a lot, I understand this,but he is giving me mixed signals. I have his home #, cell # and work # so it's not like I can't call him. He just responds back to me when he feels like it. And it's not about sex either. I'm not sure what to make of this. Help! I was with this girl and i fall in love with her to the point that i became so blind about who am i dealing with. the best thing she has done is being a liar.A big time liar infact. That paid off when one night she told me that she did lie to me about her past and she didn't tell me everything. She did infact slept with her bestfriend's brother at her wedding in another state. Eventhough she had cheated on me before many times but i did frogive her manytime. but her dishonestly never seemed to be over. it was then, that i got so hurt and in pain for weeks. I needed that waking up slap in my face to know , who am i really dealing with.

When I was 14 I dated this real nice guy he was 4 years older than me. We dated for 4 years. I was very young to have dated seriously but my parents always made sure I had an adult chaperone, and he was a good kid. Well his mother didn't like me for no reason and plus I was just a teen. His sister and I were the same age and she didn't like me either for no reason. Well here is the question I believe that his mother put a bad luck spell on me because after dating him I never found Mr. right I have dated and had like 2 year relationships with them but then we end up breaking up. And later the guys that I date always found there true love but I never do. I was lucky to have a son he is now 17 and I am 44 and I still never been married. The guy that his mother hated me is happily married and has 3 kids. I believe she was a witch. A long time ago my mother ran into his father and he told her if I get married my husband would kill me. Do you believe in putting a spell on someone?

I met a man, and we both have good feeling to each other. I’m an eastern, and he is a American, we both have a failed marriage before.
The difference between us is, he was betrayed by his ex-wife, but I don’t have such experience. So, at first , he was cynical and suspicious. as time goes by, my trust and optimistic feeling changed him a lot.
The situation is, we will have our first holiday outside, and he wanna have sex with me. Actually, I only had sex with my ex-husband before, no other men, I think sex should base on the love and the marriage, it’s our culture. On the other side, he had lots of partners before.
I cannot deny, I may fall in love with him, and I am not willing to reject him. but, I also want to have sex with a man who really love me and give me marriage, so I hesitate about it too.
Once we have sex, I may just become one of his “partners”, that is not what I want. I must be bad hurt from it. Don’t laugh at me, it is our traditional culture, and I really don’t know what should do.
And, he knows our culture and my mind, but still have the plan, what does he mean?

My 35 yr old girlfriend is 5'8" 130lbs and a size 5-6 yet she is obsessed with her weight and figure. She is a knockout on the visual level but nearly every time we get together, she will always make some remark about her body and weight (I'm fat...look at my folds, don't touch my tummy, its chubby etc)

HELP, I am running out of ideas to reassure her that in my eyes she is a "10" inside and out. I know most women are their own worst critic but what do I say when she says " I'm so fat, look?
