I dated a man for a short time a couple of yrs ago, we broke up, time passed and we ran into one another again. (He lives very close to me) He mentioned he should have never let that break up happen. But getting back together didn't happen. Then he calls me every once in a while, however,he does not return my calls until he is ready which is usually weeks later. One day I ran into him by the mailboxes after work and he was on his way over my condo to see me and bring me some CD's he wanted me to check out. When he is around me he makes me feel that he is really into me, but the lack of communication still happens. He said he works a lot, I understand this,but he is giving me mixed signals. I have his home #, cell # and work # so it's not like I can't call him. He just responds back to me when he feels like it. And it's not about sex either. I'm not sure what to make of this. Help! Despite what he said, it doesn't sound like he is ready to get back together with you. It doesn't sound like he can put in the time he would need for you to have a meaningful relationship.
I would forget him and move on.

Although he might have sounded sincere about not wishing you had broken up, he isn't making any efforts to try and get back together with you. What initially did you break up for in the first place? If you were the one that broke up with him, try and remember the reasons why things didn't work the first time...and move on.
If he hasn't made a move towards getting back together, then chances are he won't.

Try to invite him for a cup of coffee outside & tell him what he feels i think this would help u even if he denies that he likes u it'll also be a relief since at least u'll know his feelings, but i think he likes u alot but he's to busy to admit it.Good luck dear!!

well,if he's bacically avoiding you untill he like HAST to returne your calls,then he is not serious.if he was he would not wait 2 or 3 weeks to call you back!!!!just kind of a friend relationship.
