My sister is trying to get custody of a little girl. Let me try and sum up the sittuation the best that I can.
This 2 1/2 year old girl is in CPS custody in South Dakota for abuse and neglect. The little girl and her 3 year old sister were found wandering the street. One of the parents asleep in the house. The other at work. As far as the abuse, no details have been let out yet.
My sister and brother in law have raised this child since she was a month old. Both parents are meth addicts. The father spent time in prison for assualt on the mother. 3 months ago the parents took the little girl that my sister has raised, she then left the state. We live in Arizona, they moved to South Dakota.
We just found out that they are in CPS custody. So my sister hired a lawyer to try and get her back.. The lawyer said his fees will be anywhere between 3000 and 10,000 dollars. I will add the child is Native American. Is there a lot of hope? For those who know, let me know the chances????

I have no friends, alot of people say they dont but i HAVE NO FRIENDS. never had a gf,everyone is rude to me, ive always had nothing good happen to me my whole life of 21 years, i live with my step dad (who is the rudest old man in the world. and treats his dog better than me.)cause my mom left to live in the city with her new bf, she spends money on surgeries and herself and helped my step bro and cousin with school but not me with anything, oh and we moved from the city to central california which is horrible, theres NOTHING to do here, my cars always break down, cant get a job(/girls) cause i look mexican and im a bit overweight everyone hires their family and friends its that country here yes , im allergic to the air here. i have acid reflux, and chest pains, allergies 24/7 365 days a year.dont tell me to go to church or aceppt jesus or anything either i went for 10 years and went to camp was in the band and went 4 days a week to church, even got treated like crap there too

Why do i lose control?

The problem is i grew up in a violent family and im 21 years old and sometimes lose control but more recently its becoming very often and i scare myself and others.

I dont want to und up like my parents what can i do???

I usually lose my temper when im under alot of stress or had to much to drink but at the moment i get mad when some1 looks at me strange.

I've never tried this method. Only have used condoms in the past. But Im just curious, does it work if its timed properly? I can always tell right before Im going to ***. Just curious if this is a pretty safe method to avoid any pregnancy.
