If they were born before July 30 (today) they are 35. If not, they are still 34, soon to be 35 later this year. That's my year!!!

Today is July 30, 2006 so........
If they were born january 1, 1971- July 30, 1971 then they are 35
If they were born July 31, 1971 until December 31, 1971 then they are 34
