I just don't get it! i mean what can be the product of a gay marriage?!!!! children?! i don't think so.
So what is the point? in order to make their adopted children confortable with the situation?! they won't be no matter what the parents do to make it appear acceptable, it's not easy growing up having two moms or two dads. Tell me what ya think!

My ex-partner (very respected for years by me and the rest of my family) seduced my 17 year old daughter and convinced her to live with him.. (He´s a 40 year old divorced man) so she ran away from home, and now she wont speak to me because I dissaprove this relationship. Should I forgive him and act as normal, swallowing my anger, just to know about her and see her? I have now a year that I dont see her and I miss her very much !!!

To make a long story short, the man's name she called out has a history with her. She had an oppurtunity to be with him and be happy, or stay with the father of her child and try to work it out for the family's sake. Well she always told me that she regrets not taking that chance because they probably would have been married to this day, and she says I remind her of him.

Recently, he called her up upon hearing rumors that she was married and that was the first time they had talked in almost a year, so now he's back in the picture.

After she called out half of his name, I was like who's that!?!? She denied it at first, but later on she admitted she was calling out the man mentioned above name. I asked her if she still had feelings for him and she said she did, but not romantically she just cares about his well being. Not to mention she was his FIRST!

I am going to leave it at that, but I just have a sinking suspicion that there is more than she is letting me know.

My ex wants me back we been together for four years and i left him because he took me for granted and never showed affection to with me we broke up over ten times and now that i'm talking to another guy he is now pressuring me to go back to him this new guy in my life is in the military and the job he has he gets only one day off sometimes none he is a drill instructor so he is very busy and my ex is saying that i shouldn't try to have a relationship with this man because of his job i want to give this guy a chance i'm very confused my ex lives close to me when this new guy works on the same base with me so i'll see him sometimes when he's not busy.....what should i do go back to my ex that took me for granted or try a new relationship with this other guy? this new guy has showed me mpre respect than what i had with the ex of four years i don't want to hurt anymore.......Need Advice please

He admitted he was on drugs and I took him to a psychiatrist for help and to see if I couldn't get him into re-hab. He didn't want to go, and he also didn't go to the next psychiatrist meeting. He then stole approx 4,000 from my brother, because he knew we would never turn him in to law, and see him go to prison. He got invoved with selling pot, I think that's all,,, and finally he skipped town to avoid the law. He is now 29 and lives several miles away. He has straightened out, but still trys to scam which is going going to get him into trouble. He will no longer speak to me or my brother, and every day I feel so guilty....I'm depressed, and feel as if my life has just come to an end. It seems as if there is always blame for somebody elses behavior,,,,and inwardly I've taken it all. Do you think all of his problems were all of my fault...the moms????

have been having a romatic thing going with a guy for about 5 years now.We are both in our late thirties.When we first met we both fell madly in love.Due to both our complicated circumstances we couldn't be together.Every so often we are drawn back together.,inmost istances i am the one who makes the initial contact.Last time we met, I swore that next time i would leave it up to him to contact me.But a month has passed and i am yearning to hear from him, but still have not.To most on lookers it may look like he is only using me,but by things he has said and the fact that he held back tears as he said Keep in touch.Do certain men not have the courage to contact a woman?I am afraid to be too direct as I feel it might scare him away.Can anyone help?

Me and OH have a silly argument at least once a week over the way he speaks to me. I HATE being told to F*** off or get to F*** etc but to him its just a normal way of speaking to someone.

I think its really disrespectful and a nasty way to speak to someone. I wouldn't speak to any of my friends like that without expecting a slap! His mum and dad (married 30 years very happy) speak to each other like that and to them its just normal so obviously he's picked this up. My mum and dad are very different and if I'd heard my dad using language like that to my mum I'd have been worried!

Thing is he knows it upsets me and has done for 4 yrs now but hasn't stopped. I refuse to be spoken to like that for a quiet life.

Do u think I'm being unreasonable?

ive been with my bf for over a year and a half. at the beginning we had the normal infatuation thing where we can't get enough of each other and we are still kinda like that. we've become pretty close and know a lot about each other. we waited to have sex until just a few months ago. so we went a long time without doing it.

now, it's seems like we're still crazy about each other, but just for sex. we see each other every day (the first year it was 2 tims a week). i feel like we're almost just f*** buddies now. like we don't do or talk about anything except sexual things.

2 questions: in a long term relationship...is it normal to sometimes feel bored cause your in a routine...does it mean you're falling out of love? and is it normal when you first start having sex that that's all you do? how can we get back to having more of the emotional intimiacy and a little less sexual?
