I like this girl named Sarah and she knows i like her and she is all flirty and then i asked her if she likes me becouse i'm stupid like that and she said she does but she wants to go slow and stuff couse she is to young and wants us to have a great friendship first


earlyer this morning i saw her and she was really quiet toward me and stuff and i was talking to my friend which is one of her best friends and he said she doesnt like me and she thinks i'm wierd

so basicly she has lied to me lead me on and made fun of me

i spent all day in a bad mood and crying becouse of this so what am i supose to do now?

lol im writing this again since noone answered that last time i asked.

i got a bunch of answers but i still hang nowhere... like i said. shes my best friend for about half a yr. we talk every day till 2am and she really cares about me and i care about her.

about my selfish mother in law, and now my family/friends are saying that's all I talk about, I try not to say anything when I'm with them, and when they ask about her(which they always do, just to be nice, I know they really don't care to hear my answer), just give a simple answer.
Should I just journal my feelings toward her?

I really try not to show my annoyance because I dont want to be seen as a grumpy old man(I'm 36)I try to live and let live but some of the things that people say and do leave me bewildered. Then I feel guilt because I feel superior to them because I put their actions down to ignorance.I feel responsible for my socially inept friends and end up embarrassed by peoples reactions to them.Then I'm accused of being a snob when nothing could be further from the truth Is this a common thing because nobody I know seems to understand? They cant see it.

We've been best friends for over 30 years, in the same week, a motorcycle hit my car(guy wasn't hurt)and my father who has emphysema was in the hospital, she know's about both of these incidents, and hasn't called me, it's been since last Wed, I'm both hurt and pissed.....is she really my best friend or am I just holding on to that because we've had such a history together?

i like this guy, and see, he is my friend. and he is on the football team, but he isn't popular. he hangs out with the semi-popular people from time to time. and we are friends. he is in 4 of my classes. and i don't know how to ask him out.

I'm a very prideful person, I'll admit it.

It's probably because of this the problem was caused. My friend and I were playing a game of chess, and when I won, her ego was crushed. She's a chess champion. She got angry at me, and I was so confused. She kicked me out of her house, and her mother told me that this had never happened to her before, so I needed to get used to it.

I mean- do you think I should have let her won? I'm not naturally good at chess, I think. But the chess move I beat her with, I learned after years of researching on chess. That's all. What do I do? I don't think I have anything to apologize for, but she's one of my best friends.
