i like this guy, and see, he is my friend. and he is on the football team, but he isn't popular. he hangs out with the semi-popular people from time to time. and we are friends. he is in 4 of my classes. and i don't know how to ask him out.
he laughs at my jokes and he talks to me. i'm not sure if he is flirting with me or if he is just weird and is hanging out with me.
i'm not sure if he is shy or if he doesn't like me. and i do like him!
should i ask him out? or should i wait longer! it has been 6weeks now. SOS
please give me some questions that i can answer myself about him and stuff to see if he does like me! that would be GREAT!

If you really like him there's no questions you need to answer. Just ask him to go someplace after school. That way it would be a fun time and you'd get a better idea as to how much he likes you.

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

I am not gonna give you questions you can awnser by yourself, because you already know the questions. What you have to decide is if you are really ready to take the chance to fight for something you believe in. If you like him & have an idea that he likes you, why not take the chance to have something you want instead of sitting around wondering about the what ifs? Follow your heart... i know its cheesy but its true no one can make that decision if you should ask him out for you.. you have to do it yourself!
