She smokes,has sex,talks dirty,and much more.How do I help her?I tried telling someone but it didn't help,and her dad doesn't seem to care.

I talked to my friend about the situation and it was not resolved. So I have been trying to put her out of my life but she sends me hurtful things in the mail and in emails. I would like to put her behind me and not cry about it. How can a person let go and move on and meet new people when your friends where friends with her too?

I just want to meet them because i like cultures, i studied foreign languages and i never get chance to meet any .. so i saw this thing in the universities english program, that talks about volunteering to help. However i'm not like a typical american, and those programs usually advertise the TYPICAL AMERICAN with Good English skills, which i do not have. Should i or should i not try . And if not, what other aavenues can a shy hispanic person have to meet foreign students. I'm not outgoing in my american culture nor outgoing in my Mexican culture, so please don't say "teach spanish".. cause i'm not even good at that either.

Okay, I have serious - serious trust issues with guys. My best guy-friend is going through a divorce. We talked about seeing each other (even having sex in a brief caught-up-in-the-moment and needing affection deal), but backed off for a little while because we were moving fast and he was feeling guilty that he is not really over her yet (she left him).

We have a very open friendship. If something is bothering one of us, we tell the other. (Like if something he has said has hurt my feelings, I tell him.)

We have talked on the phone, IM & text but haven't seen each other in a month due to hectic schedules. He now says he only likes me as a friend. I guess his feelings might have faded.

But, I have never been in a friend/relationship where I can be open and honest about what I am feeling at the time without starting a fight or someone jumping to defense.

So, my question is, does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop from actually falling for him? Because he says he doesn't like me that way and just wants to be friends.

My friend of 10 years said somethings to my boyfriends best friend try to break up my boyfriend and I. It didn't work. It only ruined his friendship with his best friend of 20 years. I trusted her with some things that I had said and she tried to use it against me to break us up. I wish I could forgive her, but I know that my boyfriend cannot. I want a relationship with him. I love him, but I don't know how to forget about my friend. I can't believe this happened. She has changed. What do I do? I do I put this behind me and move on with my life? I've said it to her but she got so upset that this other person said what they did and went over to there house and gripped them out. And also told them that i was the one that said it so now I'm a crap starter!!! I really thought that she would think that it was as funny as I did. Why is it funny when I say it but not when someone else says it? And is she in highschool???The way she acts sometimes I wonder.

I worked for a partnership that desloved. I stood with the partner who is so dis-orgainzed and my co-worker, Sally (who is my best friend) went with the other partner (who is Sally's uncle). She was fired because she felt she could come in and out of the office since she worked for her uncle. Unfortunalty, she has very bad work ethics.
