Well, I don't mean to sound mean but...you had your shot. If you both liked him then why shouldn't she have a chance? How close are you and Jessie? If she is your bf then I can understand being upset...there is sort of an unspoken law about not dating your bf's ex....at least until some major time has lapsed and you and your friend have talked. No Mike and Jessie didn't take how you would feel into consideration, which was probably insensitive...but then again it totally depends on the closeness of your friendship...are you friends or acquaintences? And now I'm rambling. Anyway, yes it was low that mike dropped you and went after your friend so soon, but is it really worth losing your friendship over? Talk to Jessie about the situation, tell her how you feel....if she really likes him and apologizes for being insensitive just let bygones be bygones and keep your friend.

Well, let me say, I don't know how old you are, but my friends and I would NEVER date each other's ex boyfriends. It is simply not cool at all.
That being said, I think that maybe you should tell your friend that it bothers you, but tell her in a nice way. Did she ask if you were over him before trying to get into a relationship? If not, that was a little insensitive of her. If she talked with you about it before she started dating and you acted like it was okay with you then you don't have anything to argue about. Simply put, guys are people and maybe I am old fashioned but there will be more guys around the corner for you. Take your time. Broken hearts are easy to get these days. It took me 27 years to find the perfect man! Good luck to you.

Was she mad at you for dating him? Probably not. It was okay for you to date him, so why can't she?? Yes I know, you had him first, but you broke up and you can't control who either of them dates. Yes, maybe she should have consulted you first, but really she didn't DO anything wrong. Calm down and step back and look at how you feel. I guarentee its mostly jealousy. Stop being jealous and go back to hanging out with your FRIENDS.
Good Luck and don't let this mess up your friendship with either Mike or Jessie.

Girl.. I read your other post about you getting pregnant after going to a party with a fridn and you're worried about your boyfriend finding out?? How about you dump the boy and relieve him of all the stress you'll cause by telling him you're pregnant. Don't be even more irresponsible with your actions. THINK girl, THINK! It can't be that hard for younger people to do these days.

Well there's an unwritten rule that says that a girl never should date her friend's ex (without a permission), and, your friend just broke that law :\
She should have talked to you about it before she started the relationship with him.
There's nothing you can do now, but you can talk to her, and tell her that she hurt you.

There isn't anything that can be done about it. This happens a lot at your age. Best thing you can do is to move on with your life and find a new boyfriend. Sorry it happened to you. Good Luck! :)

seems if you two are good friends and she knows your feelings about him - then out of consideration she should not have persued that one but ...
as girls go these days, there is no real sense of loyalty when it comes to men and affairs of the heart and friends
know it is hard to see them together ....
if you still have feelings for him, perhaps you should let him know
otherwise, just come to terms with it and find someone to make uyou happy as well
best wishes!

yes. buy some lumber, build a bridge and get over it.
Youre too young for exclusive dating anyway. You should have many friends, boys and girls, no exclusive dating till you are 21
