I have a big problem with shyness. Like I don't talk at ALL barely because i'm afraid of saying or doing something stupid or I can't think of anything to say until like a couple minutes afterwards. I really hate this because I know that if I could just get out there then people will like me but its just so hard. I'm not confident in myself at all because of the past and I just wish I could get past this because i'm in highschool and I hate being a loner in my classes and stuff and I just need to get over this. Have any tips??

ok, my wife had words (privately) with the neighbor lady and they are feuding. Not really over anything major, just neighborhood drama. Our four-year olds usually are friends, but she told her kids not to play with ours, and none of the kids get it. How should we approach the neighbor, or how do we explain that our boy has lost a friend though no fault of his own. We have taken the high raod as best through this and will continue to do so, but we think its sad that the kids are now involved. What would you do?

we were planning an end of the summer party together, then i went away for a week to be with my mom who i havent seen for a year, and during the week she calls me and basically brags about hanging out with this one guy i really hate and all this stuff. then i come back and she never calls me, and i finally call her on the last day of summer, because i want to hang out with her, and here she is, bragging how shes having the summer party that WE werew suposed to plan together, she has replaced me with another new best friend, and... oh get this, she dosnt even invite me to the party! she just tells me about it then gets off the phone! she would have never even told me about it if i had never called....... i was so pissed, and i truly think she screwed me over. i mean we were best friend, t then im gone for 6 freaking days and she has already replaced me! it makes me wonder how much of a "friend" she really was!

I'm in highschool and This girl tottaly killed my reputation, she thinks shes all that and makes fun of all the kids who aren't "perfect". I want a way to get revenge, you know make her embarresed. Yeah...how easy would it be to become hypnotized? My boyfriend is a big hypnosis fan and wants to try it sometime as a roleplay with me and him. Should I do it? Also if I do it, what kind of stuff can I expect? Also, if anyone here is a hypnotist what kind of scripts or routines would be funny to do? We plan to tape it and post it online, so anything funny would be appreciated. Any suggestions? (hehe pun intended)

Recently my friend's mother died in a car crash ( around a week ago ) and he is coming back to school tomorrow. I really want to talk to him and just hang out like we use to but I know it wont be the same for awhile. I never been in this situation before and I am afraid to say I will say the wrong things causing him to bring up some unwated memories. A woman has a child that is mildly mentally challenged (cannot talk and is over-active), but she is a great mom to her child. She has a girlfriend who is very cool; they hang out, talk, laugh, and just do all around girl stuff. However, when the mom with the special needs child needs a sitter, she can't count on her girlfriend to watch her kid. Is it wrong to be upset at the friend for not wanting to assist or support her when it comes to watching her kid? Why do you think the girlfriend doesn't want to watch the kid? Is she afraid that maybe she can't handle the responsibility?

My friend was in a variety show in fourth grade... and her pants fell down and kids are still teasing her and she is in 7th grade. She is miserable now.
