i met a guy on yahoo answers v wer just friends at first but later after two days he proposed to me n i said yes as he was stayin nearby me v chatted for many days n i developed feelings for him his likes dislikes ver same as mine but later he said he culdnt b my bf n e more cause of his parents but y does he not understand me i dint propose him he did it first v ver just friends n i had no intentions of being his gf its hurting me alot wat shuld i do he says i can b his friend only he just played wid my feelings

She was last living in Kentucky. That I know of. I know her from when her spouse was in the military in Fort Riley, Ks during the 80's. I would like to be able to contact her as we had a good friendship and I lost her. A great friend of mine at work wants to give me a computer,BUT IS JUST THE TOWER, I would need to buy every thing else and quite frankly I dont want it, but I dont want to hurt his feeling because he built it himself, and he keeps asking me to buy all the other things such as monitor, key bord, etc. I told him yes a few times just to make him happy, What should I do? Also same person he is going out of town for a a week in a bout a month from now and wants me to house sit take care of his cats, this will be my 4TH TIME in 2 years doing it., I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE TOLD HIM BEFORE. I just hate to say no. Do I do it this last time? Or do I try to say something.

Long story short. I've been friends with this girl for 8+ years and over the past year I've grown to really love who she is and I would like to start dating her but she has told me that she just wants to be friends and thinks that we wouldn't work out which is fine so what can I do to get over her and get back to just being friends? I was at the mall the other day, and a friend of mine (female) saw a miniskirt in store that she "just simply had to try on". Well, us two guys waited outside the dressing room, but when she came out; the miniskirt had holes in revealing places. We turned away and walked out of the store, and I think that hurt her feelings, but we just had to wait outside. She did not say anything for the rest of the time we hung out, and she has not talked to us since then. The miniskirt showed underwear through the hole, and we are both respectable guys. What should we say her because we are clueless as to how to approach this? And since when did revealing clothing like that come into style???

The majority of the people I meet or encounter at University tend to be well let's not mention it. I just wonder why it is that the kind of people who interest me are not around.
