okay so one of my really good friends and i hooked up before i went away for a week. he seemed really happy and into the whole relationship. when i came back things were fine but then all of a sudden he starts avoiding me. so i talked to him about it and he said that he wasn't ready for a relationship right now. and to be honest, niether am i. even though i liked him ALOT i still want to be friends with him, like the way we were before anything happened. i think he still feels kinda wierd about it though. how can i get things to go back to the way they were?

I met this guy, and he is really pretty, all my friends are kinda all over him, like flirting and all.. i know none of them really really likes him, but its what it seems for him and other ppl. But he is REALLY nice.. and i wanted to have him as a friend! But the thing is he will be thinking i want him as somthing else other than a friend. and i really don't think he is intressted, but neither am i . how can i show that, but by being his friend cause he is really nice.. I'm a guy and I have a small circle of really close friends, all of whom I've known for years. I know friends won't be perfect. The thing is these long time friends of mine are drains on my confidence, but they seem to be my best access to a social life. They're helpful and fun sometimes, but other times they don't seem to respect me and will try to bring me down for their entertainment and confidence. Other circles of friends I have don't socialize outside of their small group. Do I need to accept the tradoffs along with the benefits?

I have this friend and are son's are best friends so this summer we agreed to get to gether more and do things with are kids and we have but it always seemed like I was the one to always call and say lets go somewhere, and when we didn we had a good time and got along real good and when I call her we talk along time and get along good. But I am the one calling all the time and if she is not there I will leave her a message and she will return my call and it seems like she makes it a point to say "hey, I was just returning your call" Why can't she call? I mean, if we didn't talk much when I did call her I would understand but it seems like we get along but she just never calls or says hey why don't yaw come over, I ask her to come over. I feel like if I stop calling her I may not hear from her much at all, Should I just stop calling and what do you think about the situation?
