I met a guy on MySpace a few weeks ago, I might go out with him. Several of his single friends have written me. They all know he and I have been talking. I was just wondering if it was normal for a guy's friend to write the girl he's interested in on MySpace?

Hes in 8th grade and im in 7th and we see each other all the time. His brother used to play on the same high school and leagion baseball team and I saw him all the time, and every time I looked up at him he smiled. We go to the same school and everything.

I asked this guy out like on the 2nd week of school which is like a month ago and my friend ashley out of the blue asked him out for me and I didn't really know him much at the time and he said no. and then i started crying a little bit putting my hood up on my head to cover myself and he went to the other side of the table infront of us to look at me and I think he had a sorry look or something did he mean to say yes or is he just confused?

I friend of mine has a physical disorder (scoliosis) but you CAN'T even tell unless she is wearing a swim suit. She wants to date other guys and she does get hit on but she just pushes them away. I tryed to help her out and such but I think she just feels soooo sorry for her self that there is no way she is going to change. I think she thinks that once the guy finds out they will leave and she doesn't understand that some guys just don't think of it as an issue. Then she just feels worse and thinks she will be alone for the rest of her life. Any ideas because therapy didn't help her.

Hi I've been best friends with my best friend (duh) since we first met in 6th grade. Everything was really great and cool up until now, our first year of college. She met a new girl that always bugs her to hang out with her and stuff. They were hanging out a few months or so and I was still her best friend but lately she has suddenly stopped calling me period, and when I call she won't pick up and wont return my calls. THis all started because she got mad that I wouldn't take a job with her that was a 20 minute drive away!!

I have a male friend that I like and I made the first move and we went out about two weeks ago. The date went well and we agreed to meet again. However, I emailed and suggested that we meet and he returned my email that he will call me. He never did call. Then, I emailed him again about meeting again this week and he never did respond. At this point, I assumed that he is not interested but do not want to tell me. So, I think that he did not like the fact that I actually made the first move.

The guy that I like is older than me. He is in the mid 30s and I am in my late 20s. I am not sure if it is because he is older and may have a more "old school" mentality...

What do you guys think? Should I have never asked him out in the first place? I really like him but I am thinking of moving on because I think that it is just courtesy to call or email if you said that you would...

I've had one for over a year, we always give each other mixed signals on what we want as in terms of seriousness, but of course, me being a girl, I've gotten really attached to him.
