I friend of mine has a physical disorder (scoliosis) but you CAN'T even tell unless she is wearing a swim suit. She wants to date other guys and she does get hit on but she just pushes them away. I tryed to help her out and such but I think she just feels soooo sorry for her self that there is no way she is going to change. I think she thinks that once the guy finds out they will leave and she doesn't understand that some guys just don't think of it as an issue. Then she just feels worse and thinks she will be alone for the rest of her life. Any ideas because therapy didn't help her.

She needs to change her attitude and thought processes about guys. She will never find one, if she is constantly brushing them off. You can't win a lottery, without buying a ticket, can you?
Sure there will be some guys, who won't care to date her, knowing of her problem, but from what you say, it isn't that bad.
But on a positive note, there will be guys, who won't give a damn about that. If they like her, they will keep asking her out on a date.
But no one wants to date a sour puss do they? I'm sure she isn't one, or you wouldn't care as much.
She needs to knock down the wall around her and take some chances with guys.
If she doesn't, it will be a self fulfilled prohecy, and she will end up alone.
She may meet some creeps, but there again, she may not. Some guys, just won't like her, for who she is, not her disease. However, many may just love what she is, and enjoy being with her.
As it is now, she is using the scoliosis as a cruch, to not take chances, Faint heart, neer won fair man, to misquote.
Tell her she needs to take a chance, in order to win what she wants and needs.
