It depends on what you have agreed to with your mate. If you are keeping a secret, whether it is online flirting or something else you are sacrifising a bit of honesty. Little secrets are like little lies. After awhile all the intimacy of the relationship is gone. If you are not hiding it from your mate or if you mate is cool with your flirting you're a lucky girl.

Depends on if you actively hid the interaction or did it happen harmlessly without you seeking it.
If it just happened and you weren't looking for someone AND you didn't feel guilty about it then I'd say no.
If you go online looking for someone to flirt with and you feel guilty or hid your habit then you might as admit your relationship is in trouble and one step away from flirting at the gas station while filling up.

No,trust is the basis of a relationship.If you both trust each other 100% there is not a problem.I flirt online,my partner laughs about it,he knows its just a bit of harmless fun.

I do it all the time and my OH knows what I am up to. He can walk past me on my computer at any time and see what I am doing.
I asked his opinion and as he knows that flirting is my favourite hobby and that it is as far as I go he is cool with it.
